On Aug 12th at 9:30 am I went to McDonald's and ordered a Egg& Cheese Bagel and 2 hash browns. I come here three to four times a week to get my breakfast, I get the same thing (except my bread sometimes I get a biscuit sometimes I get a McMuffin sometimes I get a bagel) today I ordered an egg and cheese bagel. EGG & ChEESE only means a bagel with egg and cheese only. So as I'm at the window I check my order because I have to check it because there isn't a day that I go that they don't mess up my sandwich, it appears to be right I see the egg and cheese no meat I proceeded to go home. First time in a long time my order is right.....I was happy. I get home (I'm 10 minutes away) sit down go to bite my sandwich and there's mayonnaise on my sandwich..... So I get back in my car I drive 10 minutes down the road go back to McDonald's go inside and I proceeded to talk to the manager and her name was Lindsay and I told her every day I come in here my order is wrong every day I get something I have to come back in because my sandwich is wrong it's just egg and cheese on a bagel.....egg and cheese!!!! So Lindsay tells me that I was wrong by saying I want egg and cheese on a bagel. Lindsay said I should have said I want an egg and cheese bagel with no sauce.......what!! What!! I really want to say that she's not that stupid but I honestly can't because when I say I want an egg and cheese on a bagel that is exactly what that means I want a bagel with a piece of cheese and an egg and that is it!!! All the McDonald's around me are beyond help.... So I drive 10 minutes to get my food and it's always wrong ..... I think everyone at that store needs to be retrained including Lindsay the manager. Absolutely ridiculous that I had to drive all the way back there waste my time my gas to get a sandwich that should have been made correct in the first place..... I'm going to have to find a different McDonald's even farther away to go to and I'm okay with that as long as they get my order correct. Do better!!!! This place needs to be shut down everyone fired and rehired to do better I see signs all the time where a McDonald's employees make $25 an hour. If you're making that much money there shouldn't be no error at a fast food restaurant at that when you can only get so many things come on...
Read moreMy nickname for this location is "Slowest McDonald's in the World", and last night was yet another great example. I was next in line to the ordering kiosk, and yet it was a full 10 minutes before I was able to give my order. I usually average about 20 minutes in this drive-through, and that is with only about 4-5 cars in front of me. To make things worse, I was told at the pick-up window that they actually didn't have any more caramel frappes left. I wonder why the girl who took the order didn't know this. The cheeseburgers I ordered ended up being on the cold side. I wish they would hire kitchen staff who either have an ounce of care for customer service, or have a clue as to what they are doing. Sorry...but this location stresses me out. Oh, and the frappe machine has been down the last few times. So, I often visit the Fairfield location instead of coming here.
UPDATE (9-15-18): I have revised my rating down to one star after my experience today. I opted to go inside as the drive-thru had several cars (which typically means a very, very long wait). Once inside there were just two parties ahead of me, and a few minutes later I gave my order: two cheeseburgers. Twenty-five minutes later I finally got those two cheeseburgers after realizing my order must have been lost and asking the girl at the register. Others who came after me were getting their food. I even saw my order on the screen for a while, and then it went away. The poor girl looked like she had no clue what was going on. I swear this location has no management to speak of. Anyway, while waiting too long for the cheeseburgers, water from the bathroom was slowly making its way into the lobby area. This place is like a circus, but not in a good way. A lady who went through the drive-thru also came in to say her order was completely wrong. I was so glad to get out of there, though I had to walk through toilet water to get out the door! At this point I don't plan to return ever again. I feel it is a joke to the McDonald's name, and to the City of Springdale. They should bring back the Big Boy restaurant they tore town to put...
Read moreI placed an order and 1) was not given a receipt, 2) Wasn’t given my change of $23.07. When I pulled around to ask for my change, the young man who took my money wasn’t trained on how to open the register (which I understand—there could be some technical stuff deterring from one opening the register). He then asked for assistance from a young lady named “Gabby”. She was absolutely rude and made it clear that this was an inconvenience for her. The young man told her I was owed $27 cash as change but she proceeded to say “I can’t take her word for it I have to count the money”. She then asked me to pull to the side—I did. After about 7 minutes I saw the entire crew giggle out the window. Another young lady came out with $7 to give me. She stated, “I’m sorry my manager said this is all we have.” I told her this was NOT the correct change and she suggested to get out my car to talk to “Gabby” inside the store. I told her I couldn’t because I had 4 young children in the vehicle. She suggested to pull to the window again. I did. Gabby was very irritated that I did so. I explained to her that she didn’t give me my change and I wasn’t understanding why I couldn’t just get my $27 back. She stated “you need to come back tomorrow to speak to my GM and I don’t know maybe they can run the cameras because I don’t know what happened”. So I asked for my receipt. She gave it to me and I asked her to write down that she gave me $7 as evidence. She walked to her crew and blatantly yelled out “someone give me a pen to get this lady out of here”. I was nothing but respectful towards this young lady and I was left very frustrated. I didn’t get my money back—it feels like they completely stole from me. Based on the reviews, I don’t even think going back tomorrow is worth the humiliation of having the crew leader be rude and lack of empathy. Nevertheless, I wish Gabby the best and I hope this never happens to her....
