I guess they’ve replaced their staff and it’s just gotten worse. My drinks are only half full EVERY TIME I go here. Just stealing money at this point. I won’t be visiting Starbucks anymore because of this location and its employees. They’ve just ruined it.
I can’t ever go to this location because despite their hours being 5:30 AM to 8:30 PM, they are always closed By 2 PM.

[The website that the customer service representative is replying to everyone in unfavorable comments, is not a working link and is not having to do with anything addressing Starbucks. I do not think I’ll be ordering from here anymore.] I finally managed to go to this store!! It was really disappointing. My Venti drink was only filled up about halfway, about the size of a grande, so I wasted an extra $2 on a big cup but nothing in it. The person was also extremely rude. I was really happy and smiling because I was thrilled to be able to FINALLY stop for a tea and sandwich, but the person just acted like I was the worst part of their day. Just sort of ruined my day with how rude they were. I think I’m going to give up and just never go to Starbucks again.)
(**edit as of May 18, 2025. Just tried to go to the Starbucks AFTER I called the location and asked them when they would close. The lovely person on the phone told me that they closed at 8:30 tonight, which didn’t sound right because it’s Sunday and they’re supposed to close at six according to everywhere else. But I went ahead and drove to this location and lo and behold it was 4:45 pm, and they were already closed. I confirmed with the person on the phone that I was calling the sunset location in Springdale Arkansas. They got mildly annoyed with me when I asked them to read the address back to me. I don’t blame them, but I don’t understand why they would lie to me?) At first I thought maybe they just closed at 6 o’clock last week because I tried to go there then and maybe their hours were just different for the day? But it’s currently 3:31 PM and I just tried to go there and they’re closed. Even the Starbucks app says that they’re closed but their hours say they’re open until 8:30. I’d really like to be able to use this Starbucks Since it’s on a common route I take, but if I want Starbucks I always have to drive out of my way so I often don’t get it. Read moreI decided to take advantage of the 1/2 off drink special and placed a mobile order today. They were out of oat-milk so i decided to try half and half. Overall it was bland and i was dissatisfied. I went back and asked if i could swap it out for a different drink. Sam was the one upfront and she went and got the manager. I didn’t see her name tag but shes older with purple hair. She asked me if i ordered the wrong thing i stated that it was bland and tasted like it had no espresso or syrup. She argued with me saying that it definitely did have espresso because it was brown and that i requested light ice so it had extra half and half and that if I wanted another drink I would have to pay in full. My cup was literally full i had only taken 1 sip and thought it was really unfair she was wanting me to pay in full for another drink. She had a huge attitude during the whole interaction and told me that the one i wanted to swap it out for was more and i told her I’d pay the difference. She charged me $3.15 when the difference in those drinks is only $1 and some change. Really disappointed with the customer service here and the attitude she gave me over swapping...
Read moreCame in with my fiancée to buy a coffee. Asked if she could use the restroom while my order was being prepped. Was told that I needed to purchase something first. I said I’m literally about to order right now, what does it matter? “Sorry, it’s policy”, he shrugs. Lame excuse. So I purchased the coffee that I now no longer even wanted. Barista walked away, had to stop him AGAIN to get the freaking code so my partner could use the bathroom. This entire time she’s sitting there trying to not go on herself because she has a damn medical condition.
This policy is inhumane, discriminatory, and anti-consumer. The completely apathetic attitude was the last straw for me. I understand that the employees and manager did not implement this policy, but you simply cannot run a business that is overpriced, offers no seating area, poor customer service, inconsistent hours, AND treats you like a criminal for a normal bodily function that every person alive experiences. I’ve been a nearly daily customer for years and years. I’m officially done. Submitted my account deletion form today.
