I dont even like the fact that i have to even click on one of those stars above. if you ask me there should be the option to not click any stars. Too our close family friend out to dinner there last night, the manager knew we were there for a party. our waitress which i didnt even get a name because she was so out right rude the entire time we were there. We had a group of 11 people four of them were just small children. She refused to move a table right next to us to get us all to fit so a few of us were at a completely different table. anytime anyone needed a drink she rolled her eyes as if she didnt like the fact she had to ask for our drinks? isnt that what a waitress is supposed to do? so as we sat there after each of us ordered our food we waited about an hour and 30 minutes until finally the people who had salads with their meals got brought out to them. which there were only 3 that had salads..... so 20 minutes later she starts to bring food 5 min a part. each plate was completely freezing cold i mean no heat at all on the food which meant it had just been sitting there. when she brought our friend whos birthday it was plate she threw it over him and his entire drink spilled all over him. she didn't even say sorry she walked away we all gave him our napkins to wipe up and then she came back with a few napkins and handed them to him. when she was handing him the napkins one of the family members told her our plates were cold. she instantly got snappy and told her she would have it reheated we said now we don't want it heated in the microwave, another plate didn't even get the order that he ordered. we asked for a manager from two other employees and did not see one until we got up several times and went and found her our-self. as we were speaking with the manager the waitress kept coming out to our table screaming and swearing. the manager told us not to worry about anything. half of our table had already got up and left the waitress is still walking around screaming a few of my family members continued to tell her to stop, she began yelling at her own manager about letting us leave without having to pay. the manger stood there and did nothing. we didn't even get to bring in our cake and presents we got for our family member who was there to celebrate his birthday. that waitress should be fired and so should the manager for failing to teach her staff what proper...

From 2 years ago: Took forever to get our food. When it came out, it was ice cold.
We ordered pancakes and eggs....
Really people! It wasn't even busy. There was a full slow moving staff and no reason for ice cold eggs....
June 18, 2025 my family returned. It took NINETY MINUTES to get our order:
Super bird sandwich (lunch meat & bacon) Hash browns Ultimate omelet & 2 pancakes on the side Hash browns Mom's chicken salad
There was NO COFFEE or DRINK REFILLS UNTIL FOOD CAME OUT
SHOUT OUT TO SIENNA A SWEET BUT HORRIBLE WAITRESS... she never came to our table for the NINETY MINUTES it took to get our food, she lied about no manager on duty after staying there was a manager present when we first arrived... Son had a question.
only 5 tables of customers in the store. Sienna was not busy unless playing on her phone counts... Didn't care about ANY of her tables.
When food arrived:
Superbird sandwich was SLIMEY and tasted like GARBAGE... They refused to take it off the bill, suddenly there was no manager--- I took 2 tiny bites and didn't swallow them... spit that crap out.
My hash browns were burnt on one side and mushy on the other... EACH time (2) waitress SIENNA asked if everything was ok I shook my head NO and was ignored. They do wait until you're eating or drinking to ask.
Toppings inside my Son's omelet were half burnt. Starved after working a double, he ate ..only to end up sick the entire next day. His hash browns were made the same as mine. Half burnt and half cooked ...edible enough I guess... Daughter in laws chicken on her salad was ice cold. Hard, crunchy, Garbage parts of lettuce dominated her "salad", which was also croutonless.
WE HAD NO POWER AT HOME AND WERE HUNGRY... Son works till midnight, there was nothing else open except Denny's. We had little other choice but to eat there.
When my son called the next day, we were offered a 30% off coupon ON OUR NEXT VISIT.....
WE'RE NOT RETURNING
THAT SLOP COST $60. WE LEFT NO TIP because SIENNA DID A LOUSY JOB NOT BECAUSE OF THE FOOD...
Avoid this location Corporate...
Read moreOn 3-28-21, my sister and I went toDenny's on Arlington Rd. There was a party of 4 waiting to be seated. I let the "host" know that there were 2 in our party. We watched the host process payments at the register for about 20 minutes before I asked if he were going to seat us. He looked at me and continued checking people out. By this time there was another couple waiting to be seated, and no less that 20 people in the waiting area. There was no way to stay 6 feet apart (COVID violation according to sign on door). I waited a few more minutes, then went up to a waitress at a counter. I explained the situation, saying that I understood understaffing. She said she was "just a waitress and this was not her problem." I asked for the manager who was busy serving customers' food. She did not come to speak to us. By now I am perturbed. The Ultimate Omlet is not that good to warrant being ignored. There were a few minutes when another young man came over to help at the register. After about 35 minutes, my sister and I left. The couple behind us also left, convincing an incoming couple to leave because they would not be served. The party of 4 had been sitting there for 45 minutes, which we discovered when we saw the couple in line behind us at Bob Evans. There is no excuse for this. I know that Denny's is notoriously slow, but this gives new definition to SLOW. Instead of ignoring us altogether, the host should have worked us between payments. No one came over to alleviate the situation. SOMEONE should have come over to help seat people and be sure they were waited on. My suggestion to you is to be sure that the patron comes first if you want to stay in business and have jobs for the employees. I will definitely spread the word for people to NOT go to any of your stores if this...
