If I had another Domino's to order from i would but seeing as how i love their food and this is the closest to me I really have no choice in the matter. More times than not, the food is delivered hot and fast and then there are those times when I want to fight the delivery people and manager for the excuses they give. Months ago I ordered from them and paid for sauce that I didn't recieve. The driver claimed he was going back to the store and return with my sauces which he never did. I was charged over $3 for those sauces. When I talked to the manager the very next day he told me that the driver returned upon the stores' closing and that's why he didn't show up but that that he would credit my account to which of course he did not. Now everytime i order i have to be sure all my sauces are there. This time today I order and my food never shows. The tracker got it like i recieved my food and but I never recieved a call. When i call the store the manager claims that the driver came and nobody was there. I asked why he didn't call my phone. The manager claims he did but no one answered and that the number that I called from is not on file. I asked why he didn't ring my bell. He said that the driver is not allowed to do that. He has to call first and if no one answers to return the food to the stores. Huh? When i ordered food on Aug 8th, the driver called my phone without issue so what are you talking about? Read moreAfter waiting an hour, my wife reached out to the restaurant because she had a missed call. A man picked up the phone confused and lost. My wife asked him "Did someone reach out to us". He yelled through the restaurant "did anyone call a customer?" Of course they all said No. He continues to tell her, our order should be on the way. Another 15-20 minutes pass. I asked my wife to track the order. She went on to the website and the order tracking didnt exist. I called the restaurant. When I called to inquire about our order, the woman was very rude and disrespectful. She informed us our order was canceled because we missed the phone call. I asked the woman is it standard procedure for them to call and not come to the door to knock? She told me, it's a corporate rule for the driver to call and once the customer answer then they will walk to the door. I asked multiple questions about the policy. She began to get frustrated with me to the point of her hanging up on me. If this rule is a corporate rule Domino's need to revisit this rule. It's very inconvenient for customers with small children and dogs to monitor a phone for a box of pizza. Is it really hard to knock on the door? No one in there has a clue as to what is going on including that manager who was actually the rudest and least helpful of anyone. I did not catch her name but I will be calling the GM of the store and corporate to let them know how much business they are losing because of her. Waited over an hour and 30 minutes for 2 medium pizzas to be delivered. It took over 20 minutes of being on hold and 4 different phone calls just to speak to the "manager". I was told multiple lies of the status of my order and it took me saying I was not going to pay for the pizza for her to finally admit that it never even left the store yet when I was told originally it left 45 minutes prior to our conversation. She did nothing to rectify the situation at all...no offer of discount or free item for next purchase or even a simple apology. After finally getting my food an hour and 40 minutes after ordering and dealing with 3 hungry kids the entire time, one pizza was ice cold and the other burnt from reheating it so much.
