Wingstop — Restaurant in Springfield Township

We have visited the Ashland Ohio location and the Ontario Ohio location. The people are friendly when we come in. However, this is the second time that they have called our name (once at each location) and it’s not loud enough. We didn’t hear our name being called and we sat there for almost an hour waiting for our food. We ordered drinks with our meal and we were given our drinks, but there were employees standing and talking when not waiting on customers that would look at us instead of asking us how long we’ve been waiting and what our name is. In both locations, we were told ‘we called your name.’ We were sitting on the bench in front of the lobby window, in front of the employee counter and no one took the time to make sure we had our food. And it sat on the shelf. If they called our name, 1) it needs to be loud enough because it’s hard to hear when there are a bunch of people in the lobby and sitting at tables. 2) call out the name more than once to make sure people can hear it. If that’s not going to happen, then put a shelf where customers can come in and just grab it. Send out a notification as well on the app when an order is ready because I didn’t get that either. However, the food was really good. We just need to do better with this because this will continue to happen. Am I the only one complaining? Maybe. So I wanted to finally try wing stop. My husband and I have tried all the wrong places however this was not worth the hype or money. The wings have no flavor however they are cooked well. Just bland! The garlic parm, taste like they just rubbed garlic and parm on the wings without making it a sause! BTW no salt added! The mild was so mid it wasn't funny! The fries had again no salt! The blue cheese had no flavor! Half of our order was wrong or missing? We had to call back in, the manager did however correct it and added 4 brownies but DAMN for the money I paid I really thought it would be fire because wing stop had an occult following! We used to love Bdubs however their wings are smaller so I thought why not but no! The the sause at Bdubs is way better! The customer service is better! Worst service and food I've paid for. The staff was all over the place. Managers on fryers and the im guessing the gm was running around with no idea of bussiness sense. Instead of identifying service issues and bottle necks with the crew that was standing around he was like wonder boy back there. Idunno who hires these people. The soda machine was broke. No trash cans in lobby. We waited 30mins on our order. The guy beside me was waiting an hour while his food sit in the shelf the expedite system is very flawed the staff at the counter didn't want to be there it was just unpleasant and unprofessionally managed.
