Wendy's — Restaurant in Springfield Township

I'm only rating it a 1 because I couldn't rate it a ZERO!!!!! After driving an hour with 6 children and 3 adults, we saw McDonald's and Wendy's...since McDonald's was already closed, Wendy's it was. We ordered through the drive thru and the orders came to about $30- $35 and NOT 1 THING WAS RIGHT!!!!!!!! The burgers were PINK and RAW Inside!! The fries seemed to have been cooked about hour before we got there!!! The drinks had no flavor just carbonation in a cup!!! The 1 burger that was done was served on a bun so hard, she threw it back in the bag and threw the whole bag away!!! I understand that we did arrive about 10:30pm, and that they just had a large party that was leaving the inside when we arrived, but that's NO EXCUSE to serve RAW MEAT!!!!!! I was so upset I didn't even get a picture. And then the manager on hand really could have cared less and that was the saddest part!!! Yes, I understand over work and under paid TRUST ME, I understand you don't wanna be there all night but it's Your Job!!! I paid for a service and I didn't think I was paying for RAW burgers for children!!!! Tighten Up Crew or head to the outlets 50 feet away.....Someone there is always hiring and they...

Angry staff, slammed door in our face at dinner time.... Apparently serving customers at dinner time isn't their business model. We tried to walk in get dinner while on the road home. With the door half open, the staff member yanked it out of my hand and slammed it closed and told me they are now closed. I said we just wanted to get a couple of burgers. I then got an earful of a rant about how she isn't paid for this, there's no support, no stuff left, they should never have been open in the first place, and so on.... She was yelling this at us like it was our fault we were there for food. The dining room was empty and the drive-thru had maybe six cars in line. And it's 530pm... She could have calmly said they have shortages and need to close but instead yelling at the customers is the route they took. I guess client interactions wasn't on the training schedule. So instead we went to the mall and had some very nice steak sandwiches and pretzels. You best do the same if you want to avoid...

We LOVE Wendy's. We live in GC. Haven't been able to go for awhile now. Reason- Out of all the times we have went, there was 2 times that I was so grossed out. The 2nd time was when we drew the line and haven't been back. Sadly. Why- There is a really nice older gentleman that works the counter, stuffs bags and etc. But....The first encounter....He had snot all on his face and beard. I couldn't even look at him. Felt bad but it was pretty gross. I barely ate my food. The 2nd Encounter, my husband and daughter went to to get food. My daughter came back saying he had it on him again. They both were grossed out and I could barely eat the food again. He is a very nice older guy but that's just to much for us. We agreed that if we wanted Wendy's anymore that it will be from another place. Just so ya'll know, it was a decent amount of snot in his face I/we just can't go...
