this location is so consistently bad and has been for years now, they are always out of a major ingredient like sour cream and tomatoes and even rice as early as 12 noon, pickup orders are consistently wrong, one time they were out of mild salsa but clearly had a bunch in their small separate pickup kitchen and refused to give people ordering in the main queue any because they needed it all to fulfill a catering order
the manager needs to learn how to stock properly, the FOH workers take the brunt of the blame when it is clearly the fault of the owners and operators and the people in charge of ordering the correct amount of ingredients, they are chronically understaffed which is also a manager problem, quit your job and go back to business school if you manage at this location
if you own this place, keep yourself safe
pay your workers more, $14.75 an hour is a joke in this town and you should be ashamed of advertising that on your front door, maybe take it from the incompetent owner's salary who is clearly forcing their underlings to cut corners, work in inadequate conditions, and take the blame
to others in the reviews saying the low-wage employees are the one to blame and it should be taken out of their salaries and tuition, you are part of the problem and you are blaming exactly who the owners want to be blamed for this place being run into the ground, shame on you too
if management can't even be bothered to order the raw ingredients or open the store correctly they are probably not doing anything to train their employees, to blame the one's with the least say for the incompetence of their superiors, which is absolutely crystal clear exists in this location, is exactly what they want, they probably have a huge turnover for how badly they are treated by managers and customers alike and keep blaming it on employees being untrained and/or new
they aren't paid enough to care, and clearly the owners and management don't care about them
it's amazing they manage to open and run at all
they don't close shop when they really should if they can't make a majority of the food they advertise, which is a joke given they only sell one thing, at least put a sign on the door so people know not to waste their time, especially when there is a line hanging out the door and it takes 15+ minutes to find out they don't have any of the things you planned on ordering
don't order bottled drinks for delivery they will charge you for it even if they are out and simply not fulfill that part of your order and not reimburse you
maybe use that extra money to pay your workers a living wage, they are already working with less tools than they require
you try to call about your missing items or an incorrect delivery order or call ahead to see if they even have the things you plan to order in stock and there is no possible way to get through the automated system to a real person, none
the official site should remove this location for pickup and delivery because disabled people unable to drive there because of a wrong or unfulfilled order have absolutely no recourse without a working phone line
i've started defaulting to going to the one on Coburg road even tho it is a much farther drive and the difference is like night and day, i don't even try to get food from this location anymore even if i'm in the area and plan on getting...
Read moreShowed up at 8:20pm to a moderate line of customers waiting to order and even as we ordered more showed up since all information on the website and door say they close at 10pm. However when hardly greeted by staff we were told they were out of all but two proteins(carnitas, barbacoa, chicken promptly ran out after I ordered my burrito) and that they would not be restocking the steak, no peppers and onions, all specialty drinks were empty, and chips were not being served anymore.
The bathrooms were both filthy and the womens was out of toilet paper. The trash cans were overflowing, and all the seating had been pulled up and stacked, keep in mind it is 830pm and they close at 10pm. The tables and floor were filthy with trash, food, grime and the only clean table was the row of high tops.
The girl who checked us out made sure to let me know that we were being a total inconvenience and that they "closed" at 830pm, to which I looked at the extensive line behind me that was still being served, to which I apologized and asked where that had been posted. Her response was that well it's just something they "do there" and that the dining room closes at 830pm other than the area from the high tops and behind. So we sat at the only clean table the high tops(among an assortment of other customers) and not only 5 minutes later, the girl came up and informed us that we were not allowed to sit there at all and that that area of the dining room was closed, though there was no signage and once again the girl could not explain to us other than that was "just what happened there" a policy I have never run into at another Chipotle.
I politely requested to speak with the manager and had to wait 15 minutes, at which point I went and asked for her myself and she loudly informed me that she does not deal with customer complaints and that anything I have to say can be dealt with by corporate. Honestly the worst experience I have ever had at a Chipotle, which I adore, and the most rude and neglectful staff I have ever met, represented by their care of the facility and other customers. I watched 5 other couples up and leave before ordering because they did not have any...
Read moreI am extremely disappointed with my last visit. I ordered online through grubhub, came to the store at about 12:20. My order was set to be complete between 12:15 and 12:25. I stood next to the bathroom and to go orders for a few minutes, and as I started to ask the tall slender younger gentleman at the front till if he had an order for Eric, I was cut off and told all people waiting for orders needed to go sit among the people eating. Strange, but that's fine, I understand some protocols are strange but still need to be enforced. However, I went and took a seat and patiently waited for my order. Fast forward 30 minutes of checking the bags and trying to get front till guys attention once or twice as he waves me off a couple times, the gentleman making the to go orders (who was working much harder/fast paced so I didnt want to bother him.) Saw me and asked what I was waiting for. (1pm) I let him know I had been waiting for 45 minutes and was sat by that gentleman at the front till. I told him my name and he let's me know that before I even arrived someone took my food. Incredibly disappointed in the rudeness of the guy at the front for cutting me off and essentially waiting an hour of my time. I know its busy, it's the holidays, and its alot, that's why I absolutely dont mind waiting. But this wasnt because of being understaffed, it was because of a guys rudeness. I wish I had caught his name for the review, just really bummed by the whole situation. Props to the guy building to go orders though. You know how to...
