Noodles and Company — Restaurant in Springfield

Have loved this place for a long time. I stopped going to their other location because of many issues with consistency, open hours, etc. But this location was always great. However, the last few times have been consistently bad. I recieved the wrong sizes of orders, missing garlic bread from my appetizer and the bread that was there had barely any seasoning or cheese on it. I ordered extra sauce with all of the entrees and did not receive any of them, and the other day there were 3 pieces of pork in my vegetarian pesto cavatappi dish. The food these last few times has been overcooked, the tomatoes in my dish were so overcooked they were hard and inedible. The staff seems untrained and unknowlegable, which I do not fault them for. It seems both locations are having some terrible management problems and upon reaching out about my issues and leaving feedback on the app each time requested, no one has ever reached out to remedy the issues I've experienced. When it has been a couple of issues here and there, fine. But at this point there are some serious consistency and quality issues every time I go there, and I am wasting money paying for things that I am not recieving or not able to enjoy. I am unfortunately taking this restarurant off of my list of favorites until I see some of these...

Color me surprised....I was not expecting to like this place but my niece chose it because she loves mac and cheese. I don't like ordering pasta in most restaurants, unless it's a higher end Italian place. I don't even like most people's homemade mac. I am a sauce girl, and I never feel like there's enough! This is especially true when it's mac and cheese......however, they had a BBQ Chicken Mac on the menu and I couldn't resist. My neice got the traditional Mac and my partner got Asian noodles with beef. I was blown away by how good it was. I'm soooo picky about mac and cheese but this was so cheesy and delicious. Everyone really liked their food. It seemed expensive, over $40 for three bowls of pasta and 3 fountain drinks, but the servings were so big we had lots of leftovers. The restaurant was pretty messy, like they had had a rush and didn't have time to wipe down tables, but while we waited for our food a manager came out to tidy up. The service was ok too. I would def go back for that BBQ mac if I was in the mood and hoping to get two meals out of it. It would be a great...

It is strange only being able to order online. I understand, but still. The atmosphere would be better if it was welcoming. It doesn't feel very welcoming when one comes to a dine in restaurant to find all the chairs up and to find you may order online or not at all. And no eating there.

I often want to eat there for dinner and choose not to only because I don't want to take it home every single time. I'll go somewhere I can order, eat, and leave satisfied.

Or, if you aren't going to let diners eat there, then get rid of that part of the restaurant. Just an opinion and suggestion. Take it or leave it.

The good was exceptional to me. They did forget the side of marinara I paid for. Mistakes happen. I had a dish with the zucchini noodles and extra veggies and a side of marinara. The food was hot, fresh and so good. Even better the next day. I will eat there...
