I ordered through doordash, an hour later nothing, checked the app, said my order had been delivered, never got my food and store closed during that hour so no one to call. Doordash won't return my money ($40) because JJ delivers its own food so they just forward you to the number for the store, but again, they are now closed and my money is gone because they updated the app saying it was delivered. I will be calling tomorrow and requesting a full return. If you can't service people through doordash DONT ADVERTISE ON THE APP. Won't order from them again.
Update: I called the next day to get a refund or have my good delivered. The woman that answered the phone initially said I should call Doordash to get a refund, but I told her they won't let you on the app because they forward you straight to JJs number, she then told me she would have it delivered to me very soon. She was right, got my order fast, and was helped by a pleasant employee. I still don't think this should've happened, but I'm glad they were willing to fix...

We ordered 5 sandwiches and they got 5 sandwiches wrong. 1st, no vinaigrette, all 5 sandwiches had vinaigrette. 2 orders with bacon, no bacon but plenty of jalapeños that we didn't ask for on all 5 sandwiches. Sandwiches with double meat we didn't ask for and others that were missing double meat.
Just way too many errors and considering I live in Rochester it would have been a long time ro go back.
Guys, get your act together, we're going somewhere else. The mistakes are not worth the cost and definitely not worth...
