Do not support this location go to North Grand in Springfield Illinois. More than once have had bad service. Went through the Drive thru tonight and placed a simple order and could tell chaos. When I was able to finally place my order at the speaker menu I had to tell the girl my order 2 to 3 times pretty simple one of the hamburgers and the seven dollars had mustard pickle onion the other had lettuce mustard onion. Once I got to the window. There was a older lady taking the payment and another woman working on the printer of which I did not get a receipt. Then when I got to the window to pick up the meal she was also working on that printer. Now just to let you know I called my order back to the lady which took the payment and the young man who came to the window I said my order to him also and what the sandwiches had on them. So I waited about 4 minutes. And then received my ice cream and drinks. So at this point I was waiting for our sandwiches and fries. So about another 4 minutes goes by I figure I'm going to get really fresh food and the order would be correct. Not true get home the fries are warm but overcooked looked like the left overs. And after stressing at the intercom the payment window and the food window. The burgers were both standard with ketchup mustard and pickles. Not to mention cold. I have been in some type of management most of my life and I could tell they had way to many employees not being productive and sending out poor quality and incorrect orders. We ate half the meal. And my wife went to the store with no receipt because printers were down. And the staff argued with her that store has seen the last of our business. I will go to North Grand which is and older store but management is much better and the service and quality are so much better. The franchise owner needs to know that this store in my opinion...
Read moreSo... WOW. Surely my one and only stop here is not the norm or they wouldn't be in business. Drive thru- I ordered two chicken strip dinners. I repeated two three times just to make sure. Got to the window the gal takes my money, gives me what I thought was way too much change and hands me some frozen whatever. I tried to hand it back but she just closes the window. I persist, another employee sees me and gets her to open the window. I hand her back the dessert, tell her I ordered two chicken strip dinners. She apologizes and takes more money. Hands me not one but TWO frozen whatever's. I refuse them and again say I ordered two chicken strip dinners, she gets confused and another employee tries to explain it to her. No luck. The second employee calls the manager/supervisor over to help. Manager says let's start over and refunds one dessert, then she refunds the second dessert. Can't add two sums together I suppose. The original employee comes back and repeats my order again and then tells me ten dollars and change. By then I have already figured out I owe her $20+ so just give her the money and tell her to figure it out. She rings the two dinners up separately, makes change for the first and then finds she has exactly what she needs for the second dinner. Get home and find one dinner missing the toast and both dinners are 3 pieces when a repeatedly (like 10 times) ordered the 5 pieces. No big deal on the toast, the thing that I think was supposed to be milk gravy is absolutely disgusting anyway. Weird combo, chicken, fries, onion rings so what's with the toast and awful "gravy" anyway. Over $10 bucks for a THREE piece without even a drink is ridiculous anyway. Won't be...
Read moreI usually get good service at this location but this visit was not to be the same. I usually go in store instead of through the drive-thru but I I was taking it to go this time so I went through the drive-thru. There were two vehicles in front of me and then myself with no one behind me at first. The front vehicle finally pulled forward and I heard them tell the vehicle in front of me they would be with them in a moment. They finally came back several minutes later and took their order and they pulled forward. I pulled up to the window and I was told that they would be back with me in a minute. I finally spoke up and said I'd like to place my order and he went ahead and took my order. At this time there were at least six Vehicles behind me. I told forward and sat behind the vehicle that was in front of me still at the window. I'm not sure why they weren't having this vehicle pull forward considering they did have a very large order. That is what they usually do anyway. I only ordered ice cream and I knew that it would probably already be waiting for me when I approached the window. I waited five more minutes behind That vehicle before I went ahead and pulled around to the front doors and went in to retrieve it. The gentleman at the counter went and got my order that was waiting they're at the drive-up window even though the vehicle that had been in front of me was still sitting there. just no sense of urgency anymore to...
