It gets a star for the food being edible and fast.

However, as a previous poster noted- the sandwich is up and wrapped before you get a chance to finish placing your order. It's not efficiency if they have to do it two or three times. Were they really out of spouts or did they just not want to remake my sandwich??

The bread is tough and chewy, the sandwich on the whole is far smaller that Subway and priced similarly.

Subway at least heats their bacon before they put it on your sandwich. Yikes. My bacon was tough, like plastic, and cold- the grease was congealed on the top.

If it's crap, it doesn't matter how fast you get it- it's still crap.

I wanted avocado, they only have "schmear," which contains preservatives and spices- no option for just plain, old-fashioned, out of an avocado-skin avocado.

The restaurant atmosphere is intimidating at best. You are immediately greeted by a wall of similarly-clad teenagers. It's like showing up late to a class you didn't know you had, the popular clique all waiting impatiently for you to figure it all out. NO time to look at the menu board. There were posters on the wall sprouting such phrases as "No Hippies." Really? You're going to alienate some of the snackiest people in town, in the middle of Hippieville, USA?

Put an online order in to pick up on the way home from work. Wasn't done when I got there to pick up but worse they didn't even start it. I watched them skip over my order 5 or 6 times even after I asked about it. Waited in the store for 25 minutes fir a sandwich that was ordered 20 mins before I got there. All in all it took an hr from order placed to actually getting my food. The employees were all pretty meh about everything and everyone there. I was not the only one waiting also. I usually go to the other one in town but was on this side of town so thought it would be faster. Nope. Have only been to this location like twice before and one they made every sandwich wrong and one time they were just closed at like 1pm on a Friday. My bad for giving them a 3rd chance. Either apathetic employees or slow service is fine as I get they are minimum wage jobs that suck but you gotta only...

Went in on 11/26/22. Receipt says Madelyn took my order, she was very short and rushed the order, no line, but she had no patience and seemed irritated. My sandwich is not made right and presents a food allergy if I ate it. Staff here does not care, and it shows. They offered to make another one but were condescending about it and could have simply apologized. My other problem with this location is I always have problems here, so I won't be coming back, ever. It's gross, not clean, smells, employees don't seem to care. At the end of the sandwich line its always been complete confusion, they never know who is getting what sandwich as if the tickets provide no help? Order 4 subs and see what happens. Not wasting time or money...
