Man... what a depressing visit. We went there back in December 2021. I just edited it so that it would show up again anew in order to properly warn others. The front window boasts "free smells." I found this laughable as there was nothing TO smell inside. I mean... there's nothing cooking, and bagged chips aren't putting out much of an aroma. The place was completely empty, and it had the feel of a place ready to close for the night. We were going to eat inside, but the vibe was too weird. We got two 8" subs and two regular drinks, and it cost $17.00!! WTF!! We didn't even get boring chips or a crappy pickle, dude. The sandwich was THE WORST sub I've EVER had. That sandwich was flavorless. The bread was pale and doughy like the dough hadn't risen before it was baked, and then it wasn't baked long enough. Everything was just mushed on there and stuffed into the bun. Even the tomatoes weren't ripe. I have never been to Jimmy John's before, and I most definitely will never go back. I wanted to go back to the store to get my money back, but I was really too upset. I had already had a bad day, and this visit made it worse on top of my wasting my money. I would also be very embarrassed if I worked there because I wouldn't want to represent this food. This was ALTOGETHER a GAS STATION calibur "sub". đđđ... That's THREE THUMBS DOWN!

However, the website stated currently open until 9 PM. So I do online ordering order $53.53 worth of food for me and my family because we were moving and wanted a quick good meal. My money was taken out of my account and it stated the food would be ready in 20 minutes. So I drive to Jimmy Johnâs for a pick up pull in the lot and guess whoâs closed? Jimmy Johnâs. But the bigger issue here is my money was taken from my account and when I called today to have it reimbursed, I was told by the âmanagerâ that there was nothing he could do about it because he doesnât see a receipt so I did call my bank.    Read moreWow! Something must be very different - I can only think that this franchise sold to another owner in the last 2-3 days. I have been a loyal customer of JJ Springfield for the last few years (ordering as recently as this past Sunday). However, when I called to order today, the person answering the phone told me I was out-of-the-delivery area. As I had Google call them, I called back manually on my phone so that my number and history would display on their system. I was still told that I was out of their delivery area (I'm 1.1mi from their biz in our town's downtown) but that he'd do me a "favor" and deliver my order, though it would be much later than their usual time as they were very busy. I get it. We're ALL busy. And I'm certainly glad they are successful as the Manager (person who answered the phone) stressed how busy they were. But I really don't feel like arguing with any business to whom I give my money about facts - like my short distance from them.
