Let's see 🤔 Well to start off parking is very limited I went about 3 in the afternoon I didn't have trouble parking but I could see where this would be a problem in the future because the food is awesome! Once inside the deli I was greeted with happy faces and great customer service! I had a sandwich called "The Summer"and I have to say it was pretty tasty. It was kind of messy and hard to chew but that was to be expected it had hand slices of prosciutto on it and with the fat around the prosciutto made it a little difficult to chew. I definitely would not recommend it for small children as the potential for choking is quite high. That being said it was a very tasty sandwich. I also got Dill herbed chips with my meal that were from a local farm in Springfield I believe the farm was called the rue family farm which was kind of cool then to drink I had a cola which was made from real sugar and all natural ingredients. I forget the name of the soda but it had cinnamon and vanilla in it it was a cola it was pretty tasty! The only real negative thing I have to say is that I didn't see anybody wiping off the tables after customers left but maybe that was from them not having time to get around to it yet or something the workers were pretty busy so I'm sure it wasn't intentional. The prices were really reasonable they have a wood fired oven to toast the sandwiches which was pretty cool!! When I paid for my meal my receipt gave me 10% off of the gelato right next door to them so I did take advantage of that discount and got some chocolate peanut butter gelato and it was out of this world! I recommend this place and put it on the list of must visit if you're in Springfield!!!

One of the GREAT sandwich shops Springfield has to offer. Freshly sliced meat and produce, delicious cheeses, exquisite spreads, and their focaccia is a great sandwich loaf. If you appreciate quality Italian Deli-style meals, you do not want to skip this shop. Highly recommended. I put together my own sandwich with mortadella, prosciutto, provolone, arugula, radicchio, and the spinach spread. Delicious!

I have nothing but great things to say about this place, everything is so delicious! Everyone is so nice and it always smells so good there! We got a big box of the cream horns and squares and let me tell you. THE BEST!!! I highly recommend :) photo was taken after my family devoured the box haha

Called in advance of leaving home (I'm a bit of a hike from Springfield) to specifically ask if they had cannolis today, and was told they did. Made the trip out and placed an order - double checking before ordering that they, indeed, still had cannolis and was told they did. Waited in my car ten mins for the order to be ready, came back in and was told they were out of the ricotta for cannolis. I wouldn't ding a place for being out of something if I just came in off the street, but I'd called in advance and made a trip out that way (again, quite a distance from where I live) just for the sake of getting the cannolis. They wasted my time and gas (in this economy) and I'm also immune-compromised so going anywhere is a calculated risk - they are all factors that make a wasted trip out of the house more than just a little deal to me. I definitely won't be going back ever again. Also a heads up to future customers - the half order size for a sandwich is VERY small, it's better to just get a...

This place used to be so good, but was terrible today. Came in ordered food, then went off to the side to look at the pastry’s and seen a roach crawling along the counter. I do understand every place is going to have something so I politely told somebody and went to go get my drink. The pop was completely flat. Went to tell them and they said they would fix it went back and again completely flat, decided to get water and that’s where all the carbonation was. Then I got my food. I got the lasagna which was served in something that looked like Stouffers frozen lasagna and was $10 then I got my cheese garlic bread that had no cheese and was burnt. Needless to say I will not be coming back again. Used to be one of my favorites, but no longer what...
