Station1 — Restaurant in Springfield

I'm only giving three stars because the food is good. That's about it. Otherwise it would be one star. The service sucks. The lady working there is not very nice. She asked for a phone number to text you when food is ready, but then there is no signage indicating where to pick your food up. When I got my text, I went and stood in line behind two people that were taking forever to order and the lady helping them (who previously took my order and obviously saw me standing there) couldn't take two seconds to tell me that food pickup was at the other door. Finally, another customer told me. They need more people working the front area. Having one person take all food and drink orders, including giving refills, is not enough. I can't imagine being there when it's really busy. Also, this place seems to attract some skeevy people. We were there in late afternoon on a Sunday. There were a bunch of men sitting right by the entrance (on one side a couple of creepy looking older guys eyeing us, on the other a large group of what I assume are college students), so it was very intimidating to a small group of women to approach the door. If I was approaching by myself, I might have turned around and left. The worst part was one, or maybe both, of the groups was smoking pot and it was so thick we almost got a contact buzz just walking through to get to the entrance. What a terrible impression. This business should not be allowing people to do that. Cigarette smoke is bad enough. On top of that, one of the old creepy men just stood out there staring in the window. I don't know what/who he was looking at, but when you're inside and see someone just standing and staring in the window only a few feet away from you, it's very unnerving. I don't know if I will...

Haven't ordered a lot of things on their menu yet to hear anything negative only positive and strong attitude for great taste and good quality for the price. And then I am so excited to get my conesiour back in the great selection and I forgot how many different types of IPA's craft bears and the best part is to be in a respectable and college bar between September through June so its a great college bar and a popular place too for the locals of the Springfield area and it is always well represented by the local craft breweries and the other side of rotation of the different flavors of my favorite thing higher percentage of alcholhol and the vast amount of the different bands that are all over the area and playing the best part is that the music is going to be felt like the warm environment in my top and every time I am going there and usually a band to check out I am never disappointed!!! We recently visited Station1 and had an incredible dining experience. We tried the Ruben Pizza, Garden Salad, and Onion Pedals, and everything was fantastic.

The Ruben Pizza was a standout—cheesy, perfectly crispy on the edges, and full of flavor. The Garden Salad was fresh, crisp, and a great complement to the meal. And the Onion Pedals? They never disappoint—always flavorful and cooked to perfection.

The customer service was excellent, as it always is at Station1. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure our experience was enjoyable from start to finish.
