We went through this McDonaldâs tonight. It was after midnight so we were expecting it to be super busy with a long wait. Surprisingly enough, it was a quick and very well organized trip through the drive thru. Thatâs why Iâm giving them two stars instead of one. We asked them if they had a 20 piece nugget value meal. They told us that they did not so we ordered a 20 piece nugget and said that we would take a large fries and a large Coke to go with it. I then ordered a medium chocolate shake with a medium fries and also a large sized Big Mac meal. We paid for our food and then pulled up to be greeted by Phillip. He gave us the two large fountain drinks and our food then told us to have a good night. My husband tapped on the window and asked about getting the chocolate shake. He told us it would be a ten minute wait to get syrup into the machine if I really wanted chocolate, so we settled for strawberry. As he was fixing my shake, I checked the bag and noticed we were missing one of the large fries. When Phillip came back with the strawberry shake, we told him we were missing a large order of fries. He told us there were only two fries on the order. We explained that there should have been two large for the âmealsâ and a medium to go with the shake. When he returned with the fries we thanked him and my husband told him to have a blessed rest of the night. As we started to drive away he said, âHave fun with your free fries!â We looked at each other and were like âwhat was that about?!â So we stopped and checked the receipt. Sure enough, the man who took our order hadnât rang in the large fries to make a meal out of the nuggets. The snarky way that he said it was so offensive and out of line⌠like after spending $31 we were trying to steal an order of fries! How dare we! So I took the only cash I had in my wallet, a five dollar bill, and marched up to the drive thru window like a professional Karen. I apologized to him and explained that after looking at the receipt we did in fact only get charged for two fries and I didnât want him to think we were trying to steal from him. He said, âNo no thatâs alright⌠really.â To which I replied, âObviously it wasnât alright or you wouldnât have made such a snarky remark to me about how we should have fun with our free fries.â Then I handed him the five dollar bill. He pocketed it and closed the window. I called the manager because it just hit me so wrong and she really could have cared less. She told me she would make a note of it⌠whatever that means. Itâs really petty, I know, but I felt like it was an attack on my religious beliefs as we were both wearing shirts with a cross on it and my husband told him to have a blessed day. I just wanted to vent and ask that if you're the praying type that we all pray for Phillip to find peace in his heart and an understanding that people...
   Read moreWorst McD's experience ever! and I know, I know, I know, people are going to say "it's McDonald's, what do you expect"... well, I expect my fries to be in my bag and my kids to get their entire kids meal as ordered. We didn't order much (2 kids meals, 3 sandwiches for us, a shake for momma, and a large fry)... somehow, these people forget the fry? Wait... isn't that kinda the "thing" at McDonalds... you know... fries!! Anyhow, we had to order via mobile app and sat in the parking area because they had about 20 cars in drive thru (somehow we thought the mobile app would be faster)... it was SLOW!! Took quite a while to get our food, which honestly didn't bother me. Except she walked away and we started going thru everything and noticed the kids didn't get their apple slices and we didn't get our fries. I was pretty upset. You can't go inside to tell them, because they LOCK the doors on the place. So, you have to resort to waiting in that drivethru line!! NO THANKS! GARBAGE SYSTEM!! I walked up to the drivethru window and harped at them that they forgot our food. This manager (Andrew), with the WORST customer service skills and NO accountability whatsoever actually says to me "what do you expect, they are 15 year olds serving the food" - seriously, that's your management style? Hire 15 year olds, train them terribly and then have no accountability for poor service! This dude needs to be canned. He brought our fries out and didn't even apologize or take accountability, he blamed us for getting upset and told us not to come back! This guy has no service skills and no management skills. He only told us then that we didn't get apple slices because they were out of them, but no one else bringing us the food bothered to tell us that! Could have avoided a WHOLE LOT of this by just being upfront when they brought our food. Final statement, the burgers were GARBAGE, the bacon wasn't barely cooked and everything was literally thrown on the bun so ONE tiny pickle in the corner, ketchup on part of the bun, burger patties falling out everywhere. What a load of junk! You ought to be ashamed, and you are McDonald's - which again, has become such garbage anyway - and yet, you should be even more ashamed. I don't understand why McD's still does so well?!? The fries taste like paper, the burgers are a mess, the service is absolutely horrid at all of them. Just close down...
   Read moreI ordered mcdonald on doordash like i always do! the person that gave me my order was so nice. I got my order and i looked into the bag and i ordered 2 separate chicken sandwiches, and a chicken sandwiches MEAL. once i got the food i didnât get one whole sandwich in my order. i thought to myself this can be fixed very easily. i ended up calling my door dasher and she told me to go to the mcdonald she went to. That is what we did. I was just wanted ONE chicken sandwich. but clearly that was too hard for them. For one, the âmanagerâ clearly didnât care about the situation, we explain to them the problem thinking we would just get our sandwich WE paid for, but no. he ended up calling me âloveâ about 15 time in the spans of a min. My husband told him to stop calling me that which it isnât that hard. He clearly thought was so hard and kept on calling me it. (unprofessional) He just kept on repeating that he couldnât do anything, but they messed up? doesnât make sense to me⌠he ended up getting the so called âgeneral managerâ which took them 5 mins to get. She didnât let us explain the situation and gave us a sticky note with numbers for door dash customers service. NO ( not doordash fault) we repeatedly said THEY didnt not give us a sandwich. the only suggestion they gave us was to order a new one. AGAIN NO. once the general manager started to yell at me clearly she thought i was all wrong. i can tell she just doesnât care about anyone coming into their store. she claims that we harassed her and that they were gonna call the police. yep you got that right, the POLICE. i seriously have never had this much problems with a mcdonald in my life. DO NOT GO HERE. Battlefield and Sunshine are wayyyy better. they deserve to be shut...
