Starbucks — Restaurant in Springfield

I give this Starbucks a 3 for this particular visit.

Why, one might ask.

Well, I was only 1 of 2 customers. I had a wait time to order. When I did order, what I wanted wasn't available due to this location either not having the blonde roast or because they were temporarily out, answer was unclear.

So I changed my order to an Americano with room.

😑 after several minute wait (I am the only customer here by this time) my drink is up.

There wasn't room left, so I had to pour out part of my beverage that I just paid for and on top of that the taste was so watery, it makes me believe one of my shots of espresso was left out.

I did not complain or express my dissatisfaction, I merely went about my day.

The people were nice enough, a bit distracted this go around. I am sure my experience will be different...

Both my friend and I are very displeased with this Starbucks. Ordered a caramel brulé and chestnut drink. Well first off, my drink was supposed to be free because we got our fifth grande holiday drink but they didn't give us that. Second, I order extra caremel drizzle, keep in mind the brulé gets caramel chunks also, and I got neither. My friend, with the chestnut drink got both kinds of caramel. Me being the customer. Whenever I order drinks from this specific starbucks i never have any problem. The customer service is always top tier and if my order came out wrong it was usually because I didn't specify correctly. Lately they have hired a new young lady and she has been quite rude to me when I have ordered. I hope it's just the way she speaks and she is actually really nice, but the way she comes across...
