If this was my store I wouldn't tolerate rude employees. I was shopping late, I work early in the morning, I saw subway was open until 10. Granted there is 8 minutes until closing and I get it, annoying. I was going to ask the girl closing tonight (7-22-16) if she had already closed her drawer and if there was even any bread left. The store sign was still set to open, all the lights were still on, I walked in, the girl immediately looked at me, walked to the back, slammed her clipboard down and turned off all the lights. I work at a place that I would save your life in a heartbeat. It doesn't matter if I'm supposed to be off or just coming in. I will always be polite and treat everyone with respect. Read moreI rarely ever rate 5-stars, but I did today because of the sole employee in the store. Dillon is a great worker, with an even tempered demeanor and a good sense of humor. In spite of being on by himself, Dillon didn't get rattled when it got a little busier than it should have been. He explained his situation without complaining about being on by himself. Customer service is typically a thankless job, but this guy represents the best Subway has to offer. Hopefully someone sees this and gives Dillon the recognition...
