The start of my experience was the immense greeting by Tawny. Her upbeat voice, positivity and helpfulness was immediately demonstrated. Especially getting off a late and long shift at the local hospital, as a nurse, I was taken back by her amazing customer service from the start. The wait was not long. Upon pulling up to the drive-thru window, Tawny was as genuine, positive and smiling huge. I watched her tend to my payment and order while providing efficient use of her time management to respond to the next customer behind me. As I waited no time at all, I watched another gentleman present my food to her. He was smiling and showing diligence to ensure the order was correct as working with Tawny as a team to meet the needs of the next guest. My order was not only complete, but tasted fresh and great. From beginning to end it was an incredible experience worth noting and to take time to thank this incredible team and to ensure their customer service and demonstrating of quality in character is noted to you all.
