As I approached the counter with eager anticipation, I was met with disinterested staff who barely looked up from their screens. The service was slow and lacked any sense of urgency. I found myself waiting in line for what seemed like an eternity, my hunger growing with each passing minute.

When we ordered our food they were cursing over the head set. then a delay of our food said waiting for fresh fries thats fine...rude at the window when we got home,it was obvious the fries were old and you could see the spit running down one of the orders of fries...we called and tried to resolve the problem Manager name was Crystal and we were put off we called to get the corp. # and the number the gave us was not working. after examining our food you could see hairs on the fries .,i don't know what kind of joke they were playing but being a store manager myself i will be persuing this further. we were treated like we were a bother. we had to contact another Wendys to get the correct number to call corp. I am so disappointed i have eaten there for years and I will never ever come back and i will make sure everyone i know ...thats how you get treated at wendys north...
Read moreWhen we tried to order food in the drive thru was hard to hear or understand what the lady was saying. A customer yelled at us for taking too long ordering our food. When we pulled up to the drive-thru window and was handed our food I checked it and my cheeseburger was wrong so I told her what was wrong with it and she said she would make another one. A few minutes later she brought me another one but it was still messed up so I asked a manager over. Underneath the drive-thru window was really dirty and had rotten stains and smelt really bad and let me tell you nobody wants to smell that when they're going to pick up their food.
