McDonald's — Restaurant in Springville

Memorial Day 2023: Fairly fast service, food was good but price was high for portion size. They are clearly keeping the dining area cleaner or at least at this time. We found several clean tables whereas in the past it's been hard to find any clean tables. But we got in and out fast unlike when we went to cracker barrel first that morning and the line was out the door. And that is somewhat understandable considering how many people flock to that place for breakfast. They're breakfast is pretty good and a much better value than what you get for the price at McDonald's. That's probably why the line was so long there and it took no time to get through the line at McDonald's and probably why McDonald's had a clean dining room this time. I do not understand this 200 character rule for the bonus tin point s on these reviews because I've done quite a number of 200 plus character reviews recently well at least four since Google has updated the number of 200 plus character reviews that I've done. This is an aside too the review and candidly and attempt to get at least 200 plus characters to see if in fact I will get a plus 10 bonus for the characters. However, I'm not optimistic about the prospect because Google will probably review this and see this portion of my review. Hopefully, it will at least let them know that I feel like I'm not getting credit for the reviews I'm doing that do exceed the 200 character rule and I'd like to know why. Yeah I'm rambling and this is not the forum I recognize that, but I might get my point across nonetheless! Deer readers, please forgive me for this rant. Previous Review: Slow, dirty and too busy, but the food is like most Micky's. As good...

Trying to order breakfast for my family at the window. No one behind me no one in front of me so I didn't feel like I needed to rush. Asked for the first few items in my order but wasn't done ordering. The girl w/ her head in the cloud was too impatient when she asked of that was all and I said no she responded "ugh" w/ an obnoxious sigh. I ordered a few more items but wasn't done yet because I coundnt see what I needed to order on the menu. She still sounded annoyed that I wasn't done. Yet still no other cars behind me. I finally found was I was looking for. I asked for a total of 4 items off of the $1 menu. My order was finally complete. She stated how much I owed and said first window. I even confirmed w/ my son she said first window right. Sat at the first window no one, no one, no one, then finally someone hanging out of the 2nd window waved me forward. I pulled up and still Sat there waiting for someone for far too long. Again no other cars at the drive up. For someone who was impatie nt about how long it took me to place my order you would have thought the drive up window was packed w/ cars. But then they were so slow on getting my order together. Then they were out of drink holders. Seriously! Come on mc donalds. For being know as one of the best fast food chains you sure don't have your shot together. And your employees are rude and obnoxious. Learn to shut off your microphone before you make obnoxious sounds in response to your impatienceness w/ the customer on the other end. If you can't be patient w/ the public then your working in the wrong place. Go get a job where your not dealing w/ the public. You lack the personality to be doing that specific position. I have tried to give this restaurant multiple chances and with a few good times here and there I am still so upset with the service here! There are maybe 3 really nice lobby/front reg employees and during graveyard there is a really nice man who always is so kind. However the other employees though... There is an older blonde lady who is AWFUL to her employees, customers, and anything that happens to be looking at her wrong that day. There is also a younger girl who is always too busy flirting with the fry boys to realize there are people in line. I waited for her to notice I was even there for about 6-7 minutes before she finally took my order(half hearted and still conversing with the fry boys. She had to confirm my order 2 times because she wasn't paying attention) except not really. I know when the ice cream machines are and are not working lol my brother used to work at McD's. She had the audacity to tell me the machine wasn't working when it was right in front of me and I could see the creamy goodness.

Previous experiences have consisted of ordering sandwiches and having only half of the sandwich wrapped. Now don't be fooled. It didn't come unwrapped, only half was wrapped. The other unwrapped half (bun and LETTUCE) was flung all over in the bag. LETTUCE people. That was so not an accident. I've also encountered ordering one 6 piece nugget to receive the 6 nugget box with only 4 nuggets in there.

I don't know if there is a lack of communication or discipline in store but this is definitely one of the worst stores I've been to. A whole new management and staff is the only thing that would...
