I second the other Labor Day 2020 review. Possibly some of the worst service I have ever received at any restaurant. First, no one to greet us at entry, so we had to guess whether to seat ourselves and where. Bartender leaned over the bar to sort of yell at us to take our order. The QR code on the table wasn’t working which he acknowledged and brought us paper menus that looked like they were printed from Microsoft Word. I ordered chicken tenders and fries. What came out was undoubtedly Buffalo chicken wings with celery and carrots on the side. The celery and carrots alone should be an indication that it’s wings. When I noted that I ordered chicken strips the bartender ran to the back, then came back out and said “Yeah that’s what they come out as.” ....huh? I said ok, I thought it came with fries, so can I get a side of fries? After taking more than a few minutes and finishing my meal, we had to catch our flight. I went to the bar to pay and he said “well you just ordered your fries but ok.” As if my time and schedule were irrelevant. Somehow for southwestern egg rolls and “chicken tenders,” my total came to over $40. I said, I hate to be a problem but can you help me understand how I got to $40 for two meals? The best part of the whole interaction: his response, “Well you’re in the airport.” Excuse me? So I pointed to the menu where the meals were $12 and $13. He checked the ticket, said “oh yeah I made a mistake” and ended up fixing them. He mentioned it was his first day there, but it must have been his first day interacting with customers ever. His responses were outrageous and not at all close to customer service. I understand it’s an airport, but Chili’s, come on. Servers at airports should understand the fact that customers have places to be and not make them feel like idiots when they did not in fact order Buffalo wings. I would rather sit on a plane hungry than deal with this horrible excuse for a customer oriented environment. Good luck to any who unknowingly choose to eat here on their way...

I ABSOLUTELY MUST REVIEW THIS PLACE!!! I TRULY WISH I KNEW THE COOKS NAMES OR EVEN THE SERVER I HAD BUT IT ALL HAPPENED SO FAST THERE WAS NO TIME TO FIND OUT. I JUST REALLY REALLY HOPE THE MANAGEMENT SEES THIS AND FURTHERMORE THAT THEY ARE COMMENDED RATHER THAN CONDEMNED FOR LEAVING THEIR POST FOR A FEW. WHAT HAPPENED WAS I WAS STARVING. MY PHONE AS USUAL WOULD NOT PULL UP THE MENU SO THE FIRST THUMBS UP IS MY FEMALE SERVER KINDLY BROUGHT ME A PAPER MENU. THEN I ORDERED AND TWO SECONDS LATER SUN COUNTRY CALLED IMMEDIATE EARLY DEPARTURE SO BOARD NOW! I HAD TO PAY AND LEAVE. THIS AWESOME SERVER IMMEDIATELY CASHED ME OUT AND ASKED WHICH GATE I WAS AT AND THESE AWESOME COOKS RAN MY FOOD DOWN TO MY GATE AND THE FLIGHT ATTENDANT ANNOUNCED AND DELIVERED IT TO ME. SERIOUSLY COULD NOT ASK FOR ANY MORE ABOVE AND BEYOND SERVICE THAN THAT. THANK U SO MUCH CHILI'S CREW! I SO HOPE YOU ARE ABLE TO SEE THIS AND KNOW HOW APPRECIATED U ALL ARE FOR UR SERVICE. THIS OCCURED JUST NOW SUNDAY SEPT 27TH AT 4:30 P.M. SO NOW SOMEONE SHOULD BE ABLE TO REFERENCE WHO WAS WORKING THIS DAY AND THIS TIME. IT WAS A SUN COUNTRY FLIGHT FROM ST LOUIS TO MINNEAPOLIS LEAVING FROM GATE C28 AT 5:05p.m. HOWEVER IT WAS EARLIER THAN 5:05 HENCE THIS ENTIRE POST I AM LEAVING NOW. KUDOS TO ALL WHO ENABLED ME TO EAT CUZ I WAS SOOOOO VERY...

We stopped here 2 hours before our flight to watch college football while we waited. We asked to have the Iowa Hawkeye game on and were told by the person who appeared to be in charge that she would put it on, but only until the St. Louis baseball game came on. (two screens currently had tennis and two others had different football games). After the baseball game started, she turned ALL of the screens in the restaurant and bar to the St. Louis game. There were 4 screens at the front of the bar, but she would not leave just one of them on the college game we wanted to watch. We left and went to Schlafly. Not only did they put the game on for us, but told us to stay a long as we wanted while they cleaned up after closing. Chili's not only lost the revenue we spent at Schlafly, but we will now continue to patronize Schlafly whenever we are at the St. Louis Airport! It should also be noted that when we mentioned leaving Chili's and why, the employees at Schlafly knew exactly who we were...

Service was not friendly, the hostess was scratching her head when we walked up, food was not good, my son's chicken tenders had wierd grey stuff in it, the celery was old, the lettuce in my burger welted - see pictures attached. I asked for no bacon twice on my burger and it still came with bacon on it. They are lucky they are in an airport because no one would come here a second time. Our waiter made us feel as if our presence is bothering him. Smh. Took forever with the bill and asked us at the very end if we wanted a refill and when we asked if we could have it to go (that's how long it took for him to offer one) he said no to go drinks. All around poor service and old food.

We were so glad to find Chili's To-Go in the St. Louis Airport, and right near our gate when our overseas flight stopped there. Nothing beats a good American Burger after eating foreign food for several days. Chili's To-Go offers a more limited menu than the standards restaurants do, but it was fine by us. The restaurant was crowded, and there was a wait line, so others must agree. The food was good, the server pleasant. We watched a plane being serviced while we ate. St. Louis is known for it's beer and Chili's will help you find the right one for you.

Never ordered breakfast at Chili’s before. And never will again. The food was disgusting, old and dried out. My scrambled eggs were actually so dried out they had a crust on top and when I stuck a fork in them it was one solid mass. Then the sausage patties were like leather. Like this really passes for food? Chili’s should be ashamed of themselves.
