Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in St. Cloud

Never been here before, viewed online menu, then given them a call, the guy in phone was VERY HELPFUL, so I mage the trip 2 hours drive. Very DIAPPOINTED ~ I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE AGAIN, was told one thing on phone but I did get a different person in store, which that is normal to happen, BUT I RATHER WOULD HAVE DEALT WITH THE ONE THAT ANSWERED THE PHONE HE WAS NICE AND HELPFUL, THE ACTUAL GUY I GOT WAS RUDE, DID NOT WANT TO ANSWER QUESTIONS, BEING THAT WE ARE NEW AT THIS AND SPECIAL DIET RESTRICTION AND ASKED ABOUT WHAT TOPPINGS DO YOU HAVE TO CHOOSE FROM, JUST PLAIN RUDE , OVER CHARGED HIGHLY OVER CHARGED AND RUDE RUDE RUDE RUDE RUDE , I DO WISH I GOT THE NAME OF THE. This is my new favorite sandwich shop in the area by far. I've only been here a few times, but each time I've been extremely pleased with the food and customer service. The staff is always very friendly! The food is fresh, meat is sliced to order, and hot meat is cooked to order as well right before going on your warm sandwich.. YUM :) today I ordered online, and in the instructions I left a comment asking them to please sub ranch for blue cheese because there wasn't an option to do so anywhere else. What sets Jersey Mike's apart, as a sub shop, is the freshness of their ingredients. The meat and cheese haven't been sitting out, below proper food temperatures for hours. Instead, they are all kept cold. They don't slice the meat or cheese until you order your hot or cold sandwich. Then it's freshly prepared in front of your eyes. You won't find all the toppings that you'd find at Subway (no olives, no green peppers, etc.), but that's okay. You can have your sandwich prepared Mike's way (with red wine vinegar, oil, etc.) and you'll like it. It's best eaten right away, otherwise the red wine vinegar makes your bread all soggy.
