Barney's Sports Pub — Restaurant in St. Louis

Exceptionally rude bartenders. A male patron became offensive with me and when I asked to stay inside until my Uber arrived, the security man said to stay next to him. One minute later, The bartender screamed at me to get out and to order my ride sooner. Ironically I did have an earlier Uber ride who left me there because it took so long to cash out ( I had to go back to get my card) . I had to go right past the offensive male patron to get out. I don’t know if him bumping into me was deliberate or not. Very unsafe environment. I called the next day to discuss the situation with the bartender. Instead of listening, she insulted me and told me I was out of line instead of the creepy male patron because I jumped back when he crowded me at the door. She barely allowed me to get in a few sentences and was completely unconcerned about the situation I was in. I won’t be going back Wow.. Maybe the bartender should get a job that makes...

Barney’s Sports Pub used to be fun, but now it’s all gossip, drama, and arbitrary bans. The staff treats regulars like they’re troublemakers, and management seems obsessed with micromanaging every interaction instead of running a bar. Expect slow service, dismissive bartenders, and a high likelihood of being kicked out for reasons that make zero sense. What was once a fun local hangout is now a place that pushes away the people who supported it. Skip it. There are plenty of bars in St. Louis that actually welcome paying customers.

Edit: Their response to my review (and every other negative one) only serves to prove my point. Instead of handling feedback like professionals, they go straight to personal attacks or flat-out denial. Anything they don’t want to hear just gets dismissed That tells you everything you need to know about how this place is run....

So I went to Barney‘s tonight for the first time and saw a guy. He was being very suspicious to the women that were inside of Barney’s. I made a comment to him that he was pretty suspicious and he exasperatedly made a comment that he was not being creepy and that I was rude. However over time, it became clear that he was being very creepy. I made this comment to the bartenders. The bartenders did not care that he was creeping on a specific woman as I brought it to their attention several times. At that point I got very frustrated and I talked to the woman in the situation and she was definitely non consensual. I then literally started crying because I was so concerned for the safety of this woman but also other women and the bar staff said I was being insane and failed to...
