We order from the same location every week and 2-3 times a week! Most times the service is great as is the food BUT today’s order was horrible!!! I have no idea what happened but the salad was watery as was the pizza ( we order the same pizza each time). I called to ask for a new salad and the person that answered was a bit snippy but said he would send out a new salad. As we were going to take some pizza slices it was soupy and the crust was gooey as if some liquid had gotten on the pizza. So I called back and said I was sorry but we would need a new pizza and described what was wrong with the one we had. The gentleman got even more snippy and blamed it on the veggies and told us to order a different pizza and that the same pizza maker was the one he’d had for years and sounded like he thought we should just “suck it up”. this forest park MO. Read moreThe Imo's on Halls Ferry and Chambers has the worse customer service in the whole St. Louis Metropolitan area. I live nearby and I have had so many issues and problems with customer service there that it is incredible. The last time I called to place an order around 9:30, they picked the phone up and then hung up on me, and I called back and they picked it up and hung it up again.
Another day, I had a worker go off on me and spoke to a manager the next day about it and they told me she was having a bad day, but the way she spoke you could tell that she knew absolutely nothing about customer service and how to conduct herself with the public or a business. These are just a couple of the many issues I have had with this Imos. I have given up on them getting better. Read moreIn order to square up a minor mistake, I asked a customer what I can get them. She told me an IMO's gift card would work. I went to the imo's web site and I'm not sure I've ever done so many of those stupid captcha's! I did 6 on one order! I spent 20 minutes going over every stupid detail and clicking on pictures and still couldn't get a gift card purchased. I called IMO's corporate HQ and they said the franchise people are in charge of this and I can see why it's so screwed up. They just don't gaf if it works or not.
