Lincoln Hotel — Hotel in St. Louis

This hotel charged us a total of $3,000+ for a 3 night stay due to multiple accidental charges. I spent the first evening in Chicago (we were there for my wife’s graduation ceremony) in the lobby on the phone with my bank while dealing with a frazzled and ill-prepared “manager”. They couldn’t help us and it took weeks for me to dispute most of the charges. Fast forward months later and I just had yet ANOTHER random charge for $377 impact my account. I’m not normally one to leave reviews, but this hotel is a dumpster fire of an establishment with the absolute worst staff I’ve ever seen. Not worth the trouble, you’d be better off sleeping on...

Good clean establishment easy to operate and maneuver around they have accessible carts and different things for you to carry your stuff on if you don't have it to make things easier and they also have an elevator so you don't have to take the steps and for my experience they're open well you can get in pretty late do not open per se like somebody there but you can go...
