Do NOT SHOP HERE! I have bought from here several times and it was all good until today. I bought 7 grams of the LA KUSH which was 65$ originally. I also used my 5$ I had earned from shopping previously which brought the total to 60$. I was charged 90$ total for this! A $2.50 fee was explained to be charged for the transaction of using my card. Then he never have me my receipt. I had to go back there twice to obtain it and it's written so small that you can barely read it. Then it's not even the same thing he showed me on the computer. I have my pay pal receipt and the receipt that was given to me. They overcharged me and thought I would not notice. Don't let it happen to you💯. Same transaction times on both receipts but why don't they match???? The highest sales tax is 6%. The 7 grams was 65$ minus my 5$ credit which brings the total to 60$ that's without tax. WITH TAX; The total is $63.60 with an additional $2.50 transaction fee. Which brings the total to $66.10. So, Why was I charged 90$? The man in the front told me to ask MISSOURI because their taxes did it... Lol oh you better believe I'm going to ask. Cuz I need answers... If you have a car I highly suggest you go elsewhere. There have terrible customer service, it’s not consistent and got forbid their rapper lord Gerbo shows up- you will most certainly be treated like a second class citizen. There claim to fame is being black owned so I guess because of that they can choose to have zero customer service skills. Black businesses often have a stereotype of lacking customer service skills and that stereotype doesn’t fall short at Viola STL. Luckily living in STL there are a plethora of black businesses so if one fails or falls short you can go else where. If you are tried and true to black owned I’d highly suggest going a couple miles up the road to Luxury Leaf where the energy from the time you walk in the door is different. The lady who owns Luxury Leaf is around her business and you will often see her in Luxury Leaf smiling and making sure things are run accordingly. Viola STL is a gimmick - hence why they need a rapper to market their brand. Customer service from their security guards is terrible. Overpriced due to the soccer stadium plus they are disorganized I feel like ppl make their own rules depending on who’s working I ended up walking out even tho I wanted a vape. I placed an Order on kiosk they let three ppl in before me, I mentioned to the guard I was here a week in a half ago and they said it was kiosk orders only. She responded “oh no you can shop in the back too”…? But even after that she called to the back to confirm my online order and they asked if it was for my last name and said they had it and to send me back. When I got back there guard put me in the online order line that was empty. I was told to wait for all the in store orders first.
