I’m really disappointed to say the least. I brought my family from out of town to celebrate my nephew’s birthday. It was 5 of us so we knew to expect a wait. However, we waited in the car for an entire hour. My husband came in to check, 45 minutes into our wait, and the lady with the fade was extremely rude. The young lady working the door tried her best. Since we were “up next” to be seated my husband asked if we could wait at the empty table, since we had been sitting in the car for almost an hour. The lady with the fade told the other young lady, “no they can’t, they (Marquee staff) will just try to serve them. Unfortunately, after an hour of waiting in our car, they did not allow us to sit in the empty table to wait. My husband comes back to tell me and at this point I needed to use the restroom. I went in and asked to use the restroom. Walking past several empty tables, the young lady asked if one of the spots were okay for us to be seated at. We are finally seated after waiting an hour and ten minutes. The young lady explained they were short staff, so we go to the bar to get drinks, still trying to show my family a good time. An hour passes, another hour. At this point I asked a random employee who our server was. She points to the server with blonde hair, who had passed us several times. Another hour passes… it’s also my Founders Day so I’m still trying to have a good time and talk with some sorors. Another hour passes and we haven’t even received water, yet along an acknowledgment from “the server”. We get up to go and some random food comes to our table by another server. We explained how we haven’t even talked with our server so it can’t be ours. The other server apologies and offers to take our food. At this point it’s around 3:30p and no one has eaten anything so we sit back down and order food. Our food came out in roughly 40 minutes. Little to say we have done business with you all and have spent thousands on sections. I am very disappointed and let down. We have traveled all over the country and have never received service...

LONG POST ALERT ‼️

Man don’t even waste your time here ESPECIALLY spending your hard earned money on renting a booth. Everything went unorganized and against plan!! When you book a booth to reserve they send you a text message to confirm everything. FOR WHAT WHEN NONE OF IT APPLY. the club was late opening even though the reservation said 10. NOPE. Security rude, sarcastic , and unprofessional. The booth was pointless and a waste of money to purchase. The server came back 5 times to continuously ask us if we were “ready to receive our alcohol we purchased). Like really ? It take that many confirmations? They pick and choose who they really wanna celebrate properly.( meaning the bottle girls sent 4-5 people out at a time with the sparklers and multiple bday signs. But then when it was my husband turn (birthday celebration) ctfu only 2 came and with one sign. There is no dress code so you have females in there with slides on , sports bras , men sagging , with white ts on and joggers. This place was absolute ghetto fabulous. The chicken is extremely salty. The quesadillas are terrible. The only reason why this place get 2 stars is because the facility itself was nice and set up pretty cool. And the manager Sophia came to talk to us about our concerns AFTER HAVING TO ASK FOR A MANAGER SINCE THE BOTTLE GIRL COULDN’T GET NOTHING RIGHT. Other than that. Hot mess and never EVER will waste my time , money , and energy again. My husband didn’t nor our group didn’t even enjoy ourselves. If you like rude workers , having to pay to sit down , calling the establishment & receiving no answer , under dressed humans , ratchet music and rap that you can barely dance too and salty food then please be my guest. It’s sad that this place have potential but Is over hyped and ruined by the type of people they have working here and what they allow. Jazzy 159 is 1000% better. Walking in, the restaurant looks great. It was slow and I was with my husband and son; first time customers. We had the poorest service here unfortunately. We never had waters brought to the table (my husband and I ordered 1 drink each from the specialty bar menu), never a refill for my son’s lemonade even after he had hot wings for an appetizer. Never any condiments for the fries and wings for the appetizer. No napkins..no appetizer plates. Our food was delivered with no utensils on the table still and that’s after we had appetizers and still, nothing brought to the table. We were one of 3 tables seated in house. We had to ask our server that was sitting down the entire time, for every single item and still only ended up getting napkins and utensils brought. We had to ask for the bill and boxes..thats not it, we had to walk up to our server to pay. That was awkward and unnecessary. My husband tipped because he’s a server and he definitely shouldn’t have. The food was great, the shrimp and grits were a little cold, but outside of that, the food was delicious. The very poor service made the entire experience poor, ruined the atmosphere and the possibility of returning. We really felt like our server was refusing to give us service for how ridiculous it was having to ask for the basic service necessary to get through a meal. I would love to rate the food higher, but the one meal being warm and not having utensils or napkins or condiments or drinks did it for us. Again, only 3 tables seated in the house.
