According to my daughter, age 13, 5', and around 90 lbs: The rules were easy to understand. The harness was very secure. It is very high up and you have to look down a lot, so keep that in mind for people who are not good with heights. It was very organized, getting on and off, and at the ziplines. There were a lot of people, but it never felt crowded. Recommend standard tennis shoes with good grip. According to my husband who is around 200 lbs and 5'7": crossing any of the rope based obstacles was extremely difficult due to the harness strap not being long enough for how far the rope went down while standing on it. This caused major difficulty getting that strap to follow him, and he kept having to jerk it forward with each step. All of this contributed to exiting early after sustaining rope burns on his hands. His recommendation is that gloves might need to be worn to prevent such burns for average sized adults.

Lived in St. Louis a while, customer service is just different than other places. Must have tennis shoes, empty pockets but lockers available. With that said go in and watch people on it to get the idea and technique. Once you get up some areas may be closed and cause congestion but overall it was busy but we got to do everything in the 40 or so minutes. It was a very fun experience, there is a small Little Tykes session for little kids but my 9 year old did the main course. I'm afraid of heights and my palms sweat the whole time but it was fun and had all levels of difficulty. There's a coffee and cookie joint right there too.

Union station was a great little experience. We got there about 7pm and was able to watch the fire water show, the carousel, putput, they have a small little train and climb play thing for smaller kids, and the wheel. If you get there a little earlier they have a soda fountain restaurant and some games you can play and like a taco stand/truck thing. They were closed by the time we got to them but looked really interesting and worth checking out. If you were to do everything this early has to offer easily take about 3-5 hours depending on variants. Worth checking out though! Kids loved it!

I had read online before we went that I needed to buy tickets in advance for a certain time to guarantee a spot. So I did purchase a ticket for my 13 year old son. We went during the week around 10am so it wasnt overly crowded. I was fairly nervous to watch my son do this but they explained everything clearly to him and made sure he was strapped in safe. The people who were working were friendly and the guy working on the course was doing excellent. I overheard someone commenting on the fact he was "yelling" at people but he was honestly just hollering directions and rules such as "you have to wait, one person at a time, etc.". I found this comforting as he was paying attention and made sure everyone was safe. They only allowed so many people on at a time which was great considering it could probably get crazy if it was crowded. My son had an absolute blast during his time frame on it which was an hour. He cannot...

I was so excited to go to this ropes course because I had heard great reviews about it, but we checked on the website and they said they were open from 9 to 5 and so we went and they said there was inspection getting done and to come back at 1 so we did some things around St. Louis and Called to make sure that it was 100% open the man in the line said it was open and to come buy tickets there. when we went and they must have not passed their inspection because they said they were closed for the whole day. We were very mad with the lack of communication through employees and we had to pay for parking twice to not do anything. This establishment is awfully managed. There was also no info on the website saying...
