Wendy's — Restaurant in Stafford Township

This store is absolute trash. They cannot get a simple order correct, ever. My order we placed online to be delivered and surprise surprise I was missing an item and had an incorrect item. When I called to let them know, they were extremely rude to me and said basically it wasn’t their problem and to contact doordash. So we did, and they contacted the store who refused to put in the order for the replacement items. When they told us Wendy’s would not make the order I called Wendy’s back myself. The woman I spoke with said Doordash was in the wrong and they replace the orders all the time. Then she had the audacity to just hang up on me. When I called right back, the boy that answered the phone acknowledged that the girl had just hung up on me and said well you have to contact Doordash. I said I was going to just come there and the boy handed the phone to a different woman, and muttered something to her. She asked me what I was talking about basically. At this point I called Doordash back and spoke with a second level support who contacted the Wendy’s again. She came back on the line and told me the woman manager she spoke with was extremely rude to her and refused to make the missing and incorrect items and would not offer me a refund. Garbage. I took my 3 children to Wendy's for a happy meal one of my children is disabled .The 5 foot sign said happy meals 1.99 after 4pm and again on the menu board so I placed my order the happy meals all rang up at full price I said to the girl they rang up wrong . she said no after 8 pm the price goes back up. I said your sign does not say that she called the manager and the manager said to bad for you and called police .I called costumer service and costumer service said the store was wrong. than 2 police cars came . Wendy's called the police !!!!! on a mom of three children one of my children is disabled. nerve I was going by there signs that they said they where not honoring .
