Yummy Cafe — Restaurant in State College

Honestly the worst customer service I've ever experienced with a State College restaurant. We ordered through OrderUp, and the delivery took an hour and 45 minutes... on a canning weekend. We called after an hour and 15 minutes and the cashier brushed us off, never apologized, and hung up. When the food finally arrived, the delivery man insisted we did not pay for the food, even though we paid through Order Up. He called the restaurant and basically had the cashier tell us the exact same thing. We even showed the receipt from OrderUp that said that the payment was made. He still made us pay by credit card, again. And then to top it off, my roommate found a hair in her lo mein. GUYS, PLEASE DON'T GO TO THIS RESTAURANT. They can cheat you with the price of the food. When I paid for my bill, I was told the price of the food had been changed. This is the best Chinese food in the area. If you want general tso chicken style takeout fare, go to Panda Express. What’s good: the sautéed string beans, dry chili hot pot, the beef noodle soup, and shredded hot pepper and beef. The menu is vast so I love coming back to try new things.
