Arby's — Restaurant in Sterling Heights

Every time I order here it's wrong. My last order was so messed up that I called the store to let them know, but the manager Charlie blamed it all on grubhub. I only ordered it 25 mins prior to it arriving, so there's no possible way my chicken dried out to that extent in that amount of time. Grub hub is also not the reason why you made my wrap with the wrong sauce, gave me a cold cheese cup, a dried out chicken slider, potato cakes that weren't cooked thru and no Arby's sauce or ketchup that I asked for. It's your fault ARBY'S! After the manager blamed it all on Grubhub (she went on for a few minutes on why it was their fault), she said I could ask grubhub for a refund or come to the store to have my food replaced. People get food delivered because they can't leave where they are most of the time and that's why it's frustrating when the order gets messed up. I used to work at this location and this is not how things were ran or handled. A manager who can't take responsibility for her/her crews mistake shouldn't be in that position. I get it, mistakes happen, we're human, but to mess up literally the entire order and take no accountability, that's just showing me lack of effort and care. Will never order...

Prices are way too high Arby's is always been decent food but they think they're A Cut Above the Rest and they really are not. It's time they started carrying ground beef and real ground beef not cruddy ground beef I know they try to put their sales on the healthier side however it's time for a change with that chain. The offer pretty good Italian subs. And they do give you the 3 for 5 deals sometimes relatively clean tables need to be wiped down more .The bathroom needs to be attended to a little more in the winter time they need to plow better they need to clean their area off better.All in all this is a pretty good store but like I said the franchise needs a change their stuff is getting a...

Would have left no stars if possible.... me and co workers put an online order in and store was closed. No problem we just wanted a refund... but the store said they cant give a refund, so we talked to corporate and they said the store has to issue a refund but they still say they cant. We asked to just get our food instead on a different day and they said they cant do that either.. so they cant do anything but steal our money.... would recommend you not have your money taken from these people since they are scam artists. Shame on anyone involve with...
