Ok so usually I go to this location and get coffee for work. I’ve had a few bad experiences but nothing drastic but today was the most irritating thing. I order a Carmel macchiato online for pickup. I get to the speaker I tell the girl my name she says pull forward. I go to the window and she says “we don’t have Carmel so I made you pumpkin spice” I proceed to tell her I do not want that and to please cancel the order. She tells me no and she cannot refund me and I have to take the beverage. I decline as I do not want that. She bring over a manager who says the same thing. Then offer for me to sit in line while they sort through their delivery that they were in the PROCESS of receiving. Mind you I came here on my 15 minute break which was mostly taken up by the cashier trying to force me to take a drink I did not want nor order. I tell the manager I cannot wait since I’m on break I just need a receipt showing the order was cancelled. They first handed me the original receipt I declined. The manager then reprints the receipt and gives it to me knowing it’s not what I’m requesting. Rather than argue and be late for work I just drove off with the 2 same twin receipts. I think it’s not only rude but unprofessional what happened. If you don’t have what I order online you should cancel the order before I even arrive but instead u let me waste time and gas coming to get a order that you picked out yourself. Not once did I approve any substitutions different flavors or authority to anyone in that establishment to change my order. I need my money back NOW and I probably will never come to this...
Read moreWent through the drive thru on a Saturday night. Parking lot was empty and there were only two customers in the store. I should have just left at this point. I proceeded to pull up and order. I ordered one small strawberry banana smoothie. This was priced at $3.50. When the cashier was confirming my order, I noticed that he didn’t give me the price and he told me to just pull up to the window. Once I pulled up, I noticed that there was a sign at the window that said something along the lines of “if you are given a different price at the window please call management”. The cashier, who was an Indian man, tells me that I owe $5.08. I got really upset with him at this point, and I was telling him that the price on the board says $3.50. It shouldn’t be nowhere near $5.08. He then keeps telling me that this is the price. When I told him I didn’t want it anymore, he proceeds to tell me that he can give me 10% off. REALLY?! He said he doesn’t know why the price out on the sign is different. I doubt that anywhere you go a small smoothie would cost five bucks. Read moreTerrible at their job I wanted a refund bc I was trying to use a coupon on my phone and the lady scanned it and didn’t tell me my price or if the coupon went through and proceeded to ask for the money and after I payed I seen it was more than it should’ve been and when we questioned her about it she said it doesn’t work on the coffee I got but I did it yesterday and it worked with no problem and she lied to her coworker saying that I payed before giving her the coupon which was wrong and then I just asked for a refund and they said they couldn’t take the drink back and give us a refund but then we came inside asking for a refund and there was this lady inside that gave it to us no problem while the other people were just lying to us trying to scam us and not allow us to get our money back and then after the one person finally gave us a refund after waiting almost 20 mins the other guy that told us he couldn’t take the drink back asked for the drink back no surprise in that that has got to be the worst dunkin I’ve ever been to they always get orders wrong they don’t know how to cooperate with customers they don’t use gloves they touch all over the food it’s disgusting...
