If I could have given ZERO STARS, I would have!!!!! I put an order in at this place online and the direction guide instructed me to the Subway just a mile up the road, I went in to pick up my order at and they said they never received it. So, I thought maybe it didn't go through for some reason and had them look at my order which I saved as a screenshot of my receipt and they made my order for me while I waited. After I get home and we are eating our sandwiches, I get a call from a different Subway saying I didn't pick up my order, I said I had already received my order. She said that I must have went to the wrong place. It turns out that I went to the wrong Subway and she said it's ok she was cancelling it out..... however the charges never came off, I disputed the charges and they credited my account, then I get a notice that they have decided to reverse the credit and essentially make me pay for the sandwiches I never knew were made until it was too late. How could I have known? The Subway I went to made no mention that it could've been a different store. They would've known that there was another Subway close to them. I will NEVER go to that Subway, ever. They ripped me off $25.49!!!!!! I am sure it didn't cost that much for the Subway to make those subs. Too cheap to make things good with a customer, never thinking this could effect them by me and my friends and family never visiting their establishment, ever. This will cost them plenty. I shouldnt have to pay for this mistake, the internet made the mistake it instructed me to go to the place I went to. WHAT A LOUSY EXAMPLE OF OWNERSHIP, CHEAP, GREEDY, and cant explain the situation to them because English is not their 1st or 2nd language!!!!!! I am very sad, sick, fed up with being RIPPED OFF by greedy people. I never intended for this to happen, I am not a kid, I am 49 y/o and I hope they learn a lesson from this. I hope they can read their reviews, maybe they will understand that what has happened, is not fair. The customer is always right! Not as far as they are concerned. PLEASE DONT GO to this SUBWAY! Read moreI had a terrible experience with the Subway outlet at Walmart on Mound Road. I placed an online order for two footlong subs, and the order was confirmed. About 10 minutes later, I received a call from the staff informing me they didn’t have the bread I selected. Although I understood they might be out of stock late at night, the staff member was incredibly rude.
He told me they would only include three dressings per sub, even though I had selected multiple dressings in my order. When I expressed my concern, he rudely insisted, “This is my Subway, and I only allow three dressings per sub.” I decided to cancel my order and requested a refund.
Shockingly, he refused to cancel the order immediately, saying I had to come back the next day to pick it up. When I explained that I was hungry and needed my money back, he rudely told me to come in 10 minutes to collect my refund because he was “too busy.”
I went to the store within 10 minutes, got my money back, and left. This was by far the worst service I’ve ever experienced. The staff member’s attitude was unacceptable, and it’s disappointing to see such behavior, especially from someone of the same background as me.

Read moreI went in there with my daughter for lunch, only because we had a coupon. No customers were present there except for us. There was one employee reading a book and the other was in the back. We finally were acknowledged once the lady came out. Both employees then waited on us. I had the coupon in my hand and both employees saw it. After making my sandwiches, we went to use the coupon and then pay. They said we don't take coupons. I've seen other subways not take certain coupons, but they have it posted before you start ordering so that it's not a surprise. It was literally an additional $10 difference our order of only 2 subs because they didn't accept it. I would not be upset if this was posted or conveyed to us prior to the order. Because of the person I am, I still paid for it. I should have walked away and let them keep the subs. The location we go to just down the road accepts the coupons. I'll never use this Subway again. And from prior comments, this is not the first time people have experienced this. These employees did not have any customer service skills to even try to make my experience a smidgen better.
