Literally ruined an already messed up Thanksgiving for my family this year. We pre-ordered Thanksgiving meals last Sunday for family after having to cancel get together due to COVID. Go to pick up and are told they are sold out of turkey completely! Said their truck didn't show up. What is the point of pre ordering if you don't reserve the product for your customers? They didn't even bother to contact us knowing they have outstanding orders that haven't been fulfilled so you stand in line and wait only to find out they don't have any Turkey to give you and with absolute ZERO compassion from staff. Read morePurchased a half bone-in ham and oven roasted turkey last Friday afternoon. The quality of both was NOT acceptable! The turkey was old and slimy. The slices could not be separated, it was dry, slices were falling apart and breaking, tasted like paper, and had the smell of old lunch meat.The ham seemed fresher, but there was not one slice that was actually nice, membranes everywhere, lots of fat, it took me two hours to cut the pieces around from fat and membranes to be able to put at least a few small pieces on the Easter Table. Was told that if you did not prepay you're not guaranteed that the items will be there. Only got 2 out of the 4 items that I ordered. No where does it say you must prepay to guarantee your order.
