Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Stickney Township

I placed order online and selected "as soon as possible". When I arrived my order was not ready, which is fine. After sitting next to the "pick up" rack, for over 10 minutes, I noticed they were making the sandwiches for the people who arrived well after me. I decided to get up and ask for status of my online order, the woman who assisted took her time to walk over to orders bagged up and asked me for my name and my order had been sitting there. I asked if they were ever going to take it to the rack, her response was "we've been busy". The problem with this is 1. I wasn't greeted when I walked in. 2. I sat next to the rack and the cashier didn't bother to ask if i needed assistance (clearly I didn't walk in to smell the food being made) 3. I wasn't offered an apology. A simple apology would not bring me to the point of leaving a bad review. Overall the food itself...

Super unprofessional employees. I went in today 7/16/2024 between 7:00-7:30 pm. The receipt # was 135 for customer Jyza. The young brunette employee was messing around with her male coworker around the corner (they were hugging and making out like a bunch of immature teens). I could see them from the reflection of the appliances, they noticed me and continued messing around.

I called out for them to assist me in getting my order, and they ignored me twice before the girl came over as if nothing happened. How disgraceful..it never fails that hiring young people leads to trouble. This generation has 0 work ethic and a sense of professionalism & respect. I don't know why I continue to order delivery from here. The drivers are always nice when they arrive but the delivery takes FOREVER! My order has been saying "out for delivery" for over 30 mins and when I called to ask if they can tell me if the driver is almost arriving they said "It's out for delivery so it should be there shortly, the driver has two orders with him". Obviously it's out for delivery. I can see that on my Order Tracker. And they only have 2 orders? Why is it taking this long to deliver two orders? I've had to cancel an order in the past when after an hour the order still hadn't arrived. Lesson learned!! I won't be ordering delivery...
