If i could give this place a negative star i would. My boyfriend went to pick something up for dinner because i had to work late. Not only did the manager not communicate there was a wait, but after 30 minutes of waiting, he requested a refund twice. He FINALLY got our "fresh food" and his food was cold. The manager then put a sign on the door stating the dining room is closed and only serving drive thru. Anyone who has worked in food service knows you cannot do that without approval in a corporate restaurant. I stood at the door for 20 minutes on the phone with corporate. Corporate tried to call as well as i did and their phones were not accepting calls. Finally, a rude worker answered the door and i explained im not leaving until i get a refund. She would not let me in so i requested her manager come to the door. She called for her manager Angelina a few times and did not come to the door until my boyfriend threatened to dump his drink on the floor. (I do not condone that, but it got the manager to the door to speak to me.) She said she closed the dining room. I told her i just got off the phone corporate and she cannot do that. She then informed me she didnt have anyone to work the dining room. As a paying customer, thats not my problem. I used to work as a manager in fast food. You have to COMMUNICATE with your customers. Tell them you are short handed from the beginning and let them know there is a wait, then it puts it in the customers hands to wait or not. Needless to say, their dining room remained closed. When i went into the store to get my refund with the manager, there were two employees standing around in drive thru and the rude NEW worker who was there continuously ran her mouth the whole time i was there making little remarks. Not gonna lie, i did get rude back to her. This is the WORST experience i have ever had and will never go back. I will also NEVER recommend this wendys to anyone like i have in the past. Giving us the refund we requested first hand, this whole situation could of been avoided. Do not subject yourselves to this if you want a quick, easy meal after a long day at work. I order on the app and still have to wait. 5/7/25 I placed an order online for a double stack. I pulled into the drive through line. I stay in drive through for 5-6 mins. Time is ticking because I'm on my lunch. I looked at the time and decided to go in. I told them I had an online order for pick up in drive through. The young lady that's up front which I can say is always nice asked another young lady. She stated she hasn't checked in. Ok I'm standing here after waiting after placing order online. The young lady repeated to me what the other young lady said and I informed basically drive through is at a stand still and because I was on lunch I was coming in. But it's ok I'll cancel the order due to timing. I think I offended when I said I would cancel because they got offensive in tone. I did let them know that it is ok and that I was just going to cancel. The young lady very rude like now: I could have pulled the order but ok ma'am have a good day. Me: No I was coming in to tell you to cancel if it wasn't ready because I have limited time. I repeated it's ok and left.
My observation: WHERE is the manager? No since of urgency. You can tell the crew is very laid back. Some you can tell just don't care and some probably extremely exhausted. I can say the lady that I said was nice but got rude probably was exhausted because she's always nice and always moving with a since of urgency but she can't do it alone. MANAGER/MANAGEMENT pay attention to your good people. Your customers are not always right but good customer service goes a long way. Just the basic know how. Never have chocolate chip cookies never that they advertise. I can never get what I order, wrong again! I'm sorry is getting really old. C'mon management do better training and hiring. This is awful when I have to travel outside of my area to get good service at the same restaurant that is minutes from me. Smh

Jen black female with dreads needs to be fired. These kids should be cleaning the floors and far away from customers Rude rude rude and DO NOT CARE about customers. I am now convinced that this Wendy's and the owner of this Wendy's doesn't care. Just doesn't care at all. This establishment is poor quality trash at it's finest. To the owner , Stop the worthless replying and REGAIN this restaurant's integrity. Now it all makes sense why the level of service here is past unprofessional and the turn around is often.
The manager with the Jerry curl and no teeth does not care either.
Oh, and I'm sure alot of the so called good reviews are probably employees or people who went in the early afternoon. Try the evenings/ nights then review.
