First of all I went there because a lot of my family members had went there at one time and recommended it so I came all the way from across town to go to this place and entering is pretty gloomy but what's really bad about it is the customer service the girl that took my order was not very friendly at all even when I asked if this place was related to another place because at one time I thought they had a chain of them in Stockton anyway she was not very friendly at all. Look like she didn't want to be there major attitude and then when the guy was getting ready to make my pizza she told him to go wash his hands cuz it just came out of the bathroom and I was like this is disgusting I already paid for my order and I just said oh my God what did I get myself into the girl continue to have a little funky attitude and then another girl came in who happened to be very friendly cuz the other one that I got at the beginning left and I told her I said well your customer service is so much different than the one that just left because you greet people at the door she didn't even say anything and had a major attitude anyway I will not be going back there the pizza wasn't all that the bread got really hard right away hard to chew.... Nowadays customer service means a lot everybody's so ANGRY so MEAN ready to fight so whenever you find a place that's not that great but the customer service is great you're willing to deal with them I recently went to a restaurant in Lodi and the food was terrible , but the customer service was fantastic and I ended up...
Read moreMy 1st impression: The staff there went above & beyond for a mistake they beautifully owned up to. My wife ordered and was informed the pizza would be ready in 30 mins. When I arrived I noticed they were excessively busy therefore I understood when they informed me it would be another 20 mins. I patiently waited outside because of Covid. When I returned 20 mins later they showed me a burned pizza and asked me if I wanted to take it like that or if I wanted a new one but it would be another 15 mins. They also offered me a free pizza coupon for my next visit. I thought to myself like, "taking home a burned pizza would be a waste of the 50 mins I've already waited and a waste of $28 b cuz now I've purchased something that tastes disgusting. The coupon will do me no good because I'm never returning." So I then responded, "I'll wait for a new pizza because I have a hungry wife and daughter at home & I'll be murdered if I show up w a burned pizza." One or some of the staff members made an executive decision and put their self in my shoes. They gave me the free pizza that same night instead of making me wait until the next visit. Would I rather have only waited 30 mins and pay $28 vs waiting an hr & 25 mins for a free pizza? Definitely! Because time is money but I was highly satisfied because we all make mistakes and they were genuinely putting the customer first. They even offered me a free 2 liter soda. Big ups to these guys for understanding their customers & big ups to me for being blessed...
Read moreUsed to eat at Eric’s quite a bit, it had been a while so we ordered for pickup. The gal on the phone was not friendly at all. Such an unpleasant experience, no people skills whatsoever. We ordered a family salad, all meat pizza, cheese pizza and mozzarella sticks. The pizza is not what it used to be. There had to be about 2 inches of crust, and then another inch of just sauce before toppings. Then all of the meat was piled in the middle of the pizza and not throughly warmed / cooked due to the massive pile up. When you pulled a slice, all the meat just fell off. The cheese pizza was just as bad - barely any cheese and an unnecessarily thick crust. The salad? Where do I start? Terrible. All the whites of the lettuce and all of the butts of the lettuce. It was all wilted. Maybe you need to dine in for the same good pizza they used to have? Not sure, but unfortunately we won’t order again. There are so many other pizza places that care to provide good service and pizza, why waste money again on a place...
