We stopped for coffee & snack 11:00 am. Usual stop used restrooms, took dogs out to go. Ordered two sml coffees, iced and hot. 10 munchkins and a donut. Five employees working, drive thru active, it took 30 min to get my sml hot coffee. My wife was patient t and asked for the coffee three times, she got hers and no, nada hot coffee was made to serve customers. I went up to counter and listened and saw everyone scurry around, nervous. I asked why is taking 30 min to get a sml hot coffee? Older woman with a mike on said we are making it. I said what? You ran out of coffee? They said yeah, I said Wow, wow wow! I repeated have no hot coffee to serve? They said yes they are making it now. I asked how did that happen? There are five employees here and a manger? I shared I read an article once about time efficiency that said if there are more than 3 cars in drive through go in it’s much faster. Apparently that’s not true here. I asked for manager and very pretty African American woman said “I am”. I repeated my wowing and said I ran a coffee shop owner actually and I would have never had this happen. She apologized again and again. But still no sml hot coffee. I waited a customer came up behind me and said I think you’re rude! I said what? She said I used to work in a D/D. I presumed. And she said I am being rude. I don’t get her reason for even speaking got me. But I ignored her and the manager said she would give my money back. I didn’t answer I merely continued to wait for it. She then said it’s training g day. I said perhaps you should hang a sign telling customers that. I asked the mgr for the store number and she said 44666 I think but when I looked it on my app that is t the store ID in my app. Just wanna say how disappointed I am in this store and my only regret was not getting my money back. I had stopped at this Dunkin before, but completely remembered it wrong. .It was a bad experience before and when I went back I remembered, but still tried it again. It was a BAD Choice. I should have just driven by because the Dunkin' just south, a half mile, is infinitely better.
Not only are the people that work at this dunk and rude. But it's apparent that health code is something they only slightly care about and even the property itself. The walls and ceiling, besides being out of repair, are with employees, swatting flies away.
And then to top it all off When I went to grab my receipt the girl behind the counter accused me of taking money out of the tip jar.
I Approached the owner who did nothing said nothing didn't apologize. Just sat there with her mouth open like what I was telling her was brand new information.
