Dunkin' — Restaurant in Stonington

My friend left a review last week and oddly enough I don't see it! Hmmm... Must be to real for them to show it I guess?? Anyway, maybe if we include "key words" and not be so honest it'll actually show? Hey the coffees good here though! It's ashamed I'm not going to be coming to this one anymore due to a disrespectful "somone" driving all the actual good help away. This person (starts with D ends with A "4 letter word") has only been there months as opposed to the person(s) that's leaving years of over qualified experience. Bagel and cream cheese isn't bad either "wink". However, my friend who makes my coffee perfect and who's been a loyal employee for years is leaving (along with others) because of the lack of proper leadership here that favors one drama starting "victim". GOD I REALLY WANT TO WRITE IT LIKE IT IS BUT NO ONE WILL SEE IT BECAUSE, WELL "TRUTH"! "Dozen of donuts, didn't have glaze wink wink" I will drive 5 miles out of my way for a coffee from now on. I'd rather not give money to a place knowing the (D) person will get tips from it. I will not willing put a red cent of my honest cash into her childish pocket knowing she's the reason why my friend(s) not working there anymore! Try the frozen coffee (you guessed it, wink wink) Would not suggest anyone seeking work to apply here. You'll get a nosey person that can't mind they're own business in your business and You'll get in trouble for being an adult about it. She shows the water works and is all set. You not so much....

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. This is possibly the worst Dunkin' I've been to by far. The service has no sense of urgency and no respect for the customer. I sent in a mobile order at least 15 minutes before we got there, and the person at the window told us we were probably at the wrong Dunkin'. After insisting that we placed the order at the right Dunkin' the server finally "found" the order and started making it. I came here last year, and they charged me for a turkey sausage egg and cheese. However, I did not get the turkey sausage egg and cheese because they were out of turkey sausage, when we asked for a refund they informed us that only a manage was able to refund us and the manager had left for the day. I understood and asked for something else, but they were also out of what I asked for. I decided to leave without the sandwich because I was getting annoyed. Long story short, I assumed--last year--this was a one time mistake, but after talking to multiple relatives that have also gone to this Dunkin', as well as my two experiences, this is not the case. I encourage everyone who loves Dunkin' to not go to this disgrace of a store. They need to fire everyone, and get a new staff because everything at this location brings shame upon...

I've been coming to this Dunkin for almost 2 years and never had a problem until recently. I always do a mobile order and today when I went to pick it up through drive thru the lady said it was ready. I come up to the window and she handed me a drink with someone else's name on it. When I told her that wasn't my order she then started arguing with me. Saying I didn't order from this store and i tried to show her my phone and she wouldn't look just kept saying she doesn't have it (with an attitude) A man then came and looked at my phone and told her I did order for this store and she told me to come inside where I waited 30 minutes for my online order where they told me they did make it but the lady at the window gave my order away to someone else. I get mistakes happen but when you blame the customer for your mess up and don't even apologize for the mistake and argue about it instead of just remaking it that's horrible customer service. The young lady at the drive thru window really needs to pay more attention had I not ordered food I never would have known until I left which was bad because I can't have dairy and the order she gave me had dairy in it.
