Okay. I wanted to like this place, but from the moment I walked in , I was never acknowledged by the hostess. She was an older white woman and didn't once utter a word to me- not a hello or I'll be right with you--NADA. My companion went to the restroom, and when they returned, I was still at the hostess stand - just waiting. I went to the restroom to wash my hands, and when I returned, my companion was seated in a booth on the other side of the bar. I ordered a Rio mimosa to drink, and it was the first time in my life I have had a mimosa made with ice. Why? I still don't know. Now, the waiter was great. He was pleasant, courteous, and knowledgeable about the menu. I ordered the crab cakes. The presentation was beautiful. However, my excitement was short-lived when I started eating my second crab cake. The second bite I took, there was a large hair in it. I'm blonde, and the hair was short and black. No way it could be mine. The waves of nausea rushed through me immediately. The waiter was apologetic, but there's no coming back from something like that. Would you trust that kitchen to prepare more food for you? I couldn't! I left hungry and couldn't eat anything else the rest of the day. I was traumatized. My companion had the chicken burrito and loved it.
Overall, the restaurant is decorated beautifully and clean. My impression of the waiter stands. He was awesome. The hostess should have been taken as a sign to leave, but I ignored it. Try at...

Original What happened?!?! I will now be the second person to mention this. The portion sizes have gone down DRAMATICALLY. You used to be able to get a huge burrito/ bowl and giant bag of chips for essentially the same price as chipotle but now I’m leaving hungry! Cutting portion sizes is no way to operate a business.
