TERRIBLE customer service. The one scoop they put on my childâs cone was so big I asked for a cup so he could he eat it. By the time they got done charging me the 27 cents for the cup, the ice cream fell off the cone. We got other cones with one scoop for adults that were half that size. They should have recognized they scooped way too big and offered the cup. What kind of establishment charges me 27 cents for their mistake?! I wish there was a way they could have taken it out of the tip I just provided, that they didnât deserve. Go to Mystic Drawbridge. Way better ice cream, way better customer service. Itâs 100% worth the traffic...

So you just lost a customer for the 10 cents it would have cost to replace it. Someone please show your servers how to push the cone into the ice cream so that it...
