Burt's is a small place that has character and unlike other places ins Stowe they have a small menu with fresh made dishes. I ordered the chili cup and tacitos, the serving for both was generous. That was before I found out they also have tamales, while I didn't order it another customer ordered one and it was a large size green chili tamale. Prices are good, the draft beer is cold and they have a large selection of craft and mainstream can/bottle beer. This is definitely a local bar, but they are friendly and talkative. The staff was super friendly, the beer selection was excellent, and the owner is a nice Columbian lady who cooks fantastic Columbian food (don't let the "Irish pub" bit fool you). The carne guisada (stewed beef on rice) in particular was delicious and did not survive long; the empanadas were also great. Well worth the visit, and next time I'm in the Stowe area, I'll be sure to...
