The food is not good. The atmosphere is nice, the service is fine, and the drinks are generous. Unless you are staying at the hotel and don't have options, do not eat here. All the food seemed to be precooked, frozen food. The calamari, which the waitress recommended, was gross and we did not eat finish it. The burger meat and chicken were dry and under flavored. Fries were pretty good. We were here off season, so that may impact the quality we experienced.

Stopped here at 1pm, had the place to ourselves! Very elegant carefully plated dishes. Atmosphere is still very casual. Crab lunch entree cake was great. We loved the solitude but they deserve more traffic from non-hotel patrons. Service was so polite.

This review reflects a group experience for lunch. Service was lacking. After something spilled, the waitress left to get napkins, which of course is the perfect thing to do. However, I don't know where she went to get these napkins...she was gone for a long time. The other waitress helping her seemed spaced out the entire time, but she was friendly. Our main waitress wasn't very engaging, and seemed a bit bored.

Orders came out in good time, nothing to complain about there. However, mine was wrong. They made it right. The food tasted good, but the brisket was tough. So tough that parts simply couldn't be chewed. Sauce was delicious, though. Fries were piping hot, even after I had to have my sandwich re-made. Steak fries but with a nice, crispy texture. You can tell they are frozen though. A place like that should have fresh cut I think.

Menu is limited, but has some good looking choices. Crab cakes are small, but someone in our party who had them said they were delicious.

Atmosphere is classy for sure, but in a mildly awkward way. There is along line of tape along the seams of the rug. Better than guests tripping, yes, but not attractive. They layout of the restaurant is also a bit awkward, but maybe that's because it's in a hotel.

Not a place I'll choose, I'm sorry to say. Lackluster service, only mediocre food, and the upscale decor doesn't blend well with either of the aforementioned issues. I guess if you're staying at the hotel it might be a good choice, no going outside...but...

Started out in the pub last night as we had a communication barrier with the host at the restaurant; she could not understand that we were asking to dine in the restaurant. So we just walked into the pub. After 10 mins, a very over worked (and only worker…server, bartender and busgirl) came and got our drink order. A few mins later she made a very loud announcement from the bar to the effect that if we all felt we were not getting served properly we could just go to the restaurant…which we did. No one at the podium so we walked in and were seated by a gentleman who appeared to be a manager. We were never asked for a drink order, only one of the two apps came out (20 mins later), and food was mediocre at best. The server at the other tables kept talking about how she is the only server for the next few days. Evidently we were served by the manager. When the gentleman came over when he surmised we were done with our meal, he placed the check on our table and walked away. No “would you care for code or dessert?” Waters were never refilled, we were never asked how the meal was or if we wanted a beverage…nothing. Now let’s put this into perspective. We are at National Car show where the entire hotel is booked and you mean to tell me there is one person running the entire pub and one server and a manager running the restaurant? Seriously? Being in the catering business, I’d have no business if this is the way we treated our guests. Totally unacceptable. Do not recommend. Better service and food at...

The hostess acts like she is scared of everyone. I said I would take three waters, motioning to myself and my two children. She asked the table if we wanted all water then and my mother-in-law answered yes. She only brought the three for myself and the kids because she said I had only asked for three. Well yeah, I was ordering for myself and my children... Not the other adult at the table who she also asked? We didn't even see a server anywhere in the restaurant for 10 mins (like not even at a nearby table) and had to go ask for her. The server didn't write our order down, which is a pet peeve of mine because now I have to trust you to remember our order. As if to prove a point, she forgot part of the order and had to come back and ask. When she brought the food, we asked for condiments. Waited five minutes and then got up and asked for them from the hostess because our food was getting cold. The eggs, which my mother-in-law asked for ketchup for (gross, I know) were already cold to begin with. I definitely would recommend going somewhere else if you are staying here. It looks nice but it is like it's ran by...
