Taco Bell — Restaurant in Straban Township

OMG....the service at Taco Bell in Gettysburg, PA is deplorable.

Tonight we waited in drive thru for 30 minutes....get to the pick up window...they forgot one nacho order and the other had little cheese and no refried beans that I could see. So...we tell them hey, there's no toppings on the chips. The manager pitches them in the garbage. We wait for our two NEW nachos....one has barely any chips....the other was so loaded with chips ...and cheese and beans that when I took the lid off, the damn thing virtually exploded.. Hot cheese erupted all over my legs ....burning my legs...my daughter immediately went in....the pink haired manager refused to deal with the situation....leaving a male employee to deal with her....upon seeing the nachos doused in cheese like that, he exclaimed OMG. We were given two correctly made nachos and sent away like naughty children.

When I called to ask for the number to the corporate office, the manager refused to give it to me. She said there wasn't one. Lmao

Because we complained that the first order had no cheese, and whoever made it got pissed, we were give a nacho bomb.

Bet the man who made it got a laugh. Funny you....what a great guy you are, burning your customers with hot cheese for complaining. And your worthless excuse for a manager...

don't laugh too hard, I have the number to corporate.....doubt burning your customers will be...

If I could give negative scores, I would. I live in a nearby town and normally go to the Hanover store, and I wish i had. I came in at around 8pm, and there were multiple people who had been waiting before I came in. Service was very, very slow. When I tried to order I was abruptly dismissed and told to “just use the kiosk”. Already a bad vibe, especially considering that the employees all reeked of cannabis smoke. I know it’s Taco Bell, but come on.

There were children of employees (presumably, since they were unattended and set up at a table) screaming and making messes. Someone came out and yelled at them in front of myself and the other customers waiting.

I waited 20+ minutes for my cravings box while watching them make maybe 5 or 6 drive through orders, and almost every single item was wrong. Including a half-empty bag of chips and a taco with approximately 1/3rd of the usual amount of beef. I paid to substitute chicken for steak, and they put chicken anyway. I have no idea who is in charge- if anybody is at all- but they need to figure out what’s happening here because this is hands down the most ghetto Taco Bell i’ve been to in recent memory. This was a hot mess. Asking for a refund through the app. Skip this one, go to Hanover instead. They’re at...

Coming here is normally hit or completely miss. When it's good, it's good. When it's bad, it's gross. But this is fast food, and I know the risk when making the decision to get food here so my two star isn't really based on the food.

My two star is based on rude workers here. I order my food online like many others. The directions literally tell me to go through the drive thru to pick up. Then the girl wants to get an attitude telling me that I'm supposed to go the parking spots and call to pick up that way I'm not clogging up the line. Uhhhhh no I am following the directions from my email. She tells me that it hasn't been updated online and they put the signs up figuring people would understand. How about no and check your attitude! I am following the instructions that were given to me. How is anybody supposed?? Don't be mad at me that the app hasn't been updated!

Though after all that, I will say that I have been there with some really nice and kind workers. This location just needs to get rid of some of the terrible people...
