Went to this restaurant multiple times. Been taking my kids there since they were little. My kids had gotten braces and my husband ordered online and he asked them to have bottle water instead of soda. We offered to pay the difference. They would not substitute and wanted to give us small cup of water. We had this discrepancy and settled on the water. We go to other burger kings and all they do is charge the water separately which would have been fine. They didn’t even want to do that. After going and having this situation. The manager said that he make’s no substitutes. So, my husband complied and we ordered sodas and changed them to the small cups of water. We decided it was not worth the hassle of the hard to work with manager with no customer experience. We contacted the customer service number and expressed our concerns that way. Mind you I worked a different shift and this happened while I was at work. So we happened to go one day all together and ordered our food online we pulled up. The manager said we no longer serve him. We were under my husbands account. I was shocked i said what do you mean you no longer serve him He said I told your husband last time if he wasn’t allowed back here. I asked I ordered through the speaker what about my meal and the manager rudely shut the window and ingnored us. So we left and contacted the customer service money to get our refund. Mind you I have very hungry kids in car. 😡🤔 weeks later I said.l to my husband you are banned but I was not…. So I thought I went and I was also banned their reasoning we are one couple. My husband is is own person and I am my own. He should not be able to ban me and discriminate against me because he had an issue with my spouse while I was at work. Who does he think he is??? This manager is discriminating, rude and not very good at customer service and medical needs of others. My kids have braces and wanted bottles water Wendy’s will give it to you no problem. Stopped here for a quick dinner break on our road trip, using the drive thru. I ordered Spicy Chicken sandwich w/no tomato, light mayo. Add cheese & bacon. The cashier was getting the mayo/tomato confused and asked us to pull up to the window. We did and a manager took our order hurriedly saying they couldn't understand us over the speaker, which didn't make sense. Then they asked us to pull up and wait for the food. The wait was about 10-15 mins, and it turned out the chicken sandwich was missing cheese.
I went inside to have it fixed, another cashier took the order, I clarified exactly how we wanted it and another sandwich was made. This time it was missing bacon.
I asked to speak to the manager who'd taken our order, Josiah, and began explaining the problem. He cut me off, rudely and loudly saying "HOW WOULD YOU LIKE SANDWICH MADE?" I said, "Excuse me? I've now given the order I want 5 times and it hasn't been made right yet. But you're not going give me attitude as if its my fault. And I'm waiting to eat my dinner here, so I just want my money back for the toppings."
He began getting my change as I said that, and said "ma'am you need to calm down", I was frustrated and disrespected, but still calm. So I replied "No what I need is my change."
I kept both sandwiches, got my money and left. Combined the toppings myself, and ate a few of the wayyy over-salted fries.

Read moreWhat a poor service expirience! Traveling back from Hershey to Virginia, we decided to stop at this Burger King and get some Impossible Burgers and Fries for or change from our usual fresco Taco Bell and veggie subs from Subway.
When we roll up and parked we noticed the Buy 1 Get 1 for a $1. I asked the counter person if they in fact did have a Buy 1 Get 1 for a $1 Impossible Whopper as advertised. I was advised that they did and placed my order. 2 Impossible Whoppers and 2 value fries. When I paid for the order and looked at my receipt, I saw that I was charged full price for 2 Impossible Whoppers. I asked the counter person about it and discovered that the counterperson was unable to answer my question so I asked to speak to someone that could answer my concern about the full price charges.
When the service turned around with our order, I said "excuse me" and asked why I was charged full price. The person informed me that the special had been discontinued and removed from the system. I pointed to the Buy 1 Get 1 for a $1 prominently display in the window. I asked the person to provide me a full refund or honor the signage. She advised she could not do that. She then asked if I wanted 1 of the 2 bugers. I explained that I wanted both burgers and I wanted the second burger for a $1 or she could provide me a full refund.
She opted to give me the full refund and throw away the entire order!
