Chris Swiat, by the grace of everything that is awesome, THANK YOU! Chris was supposed to get off work @ 4pm that day, and I showed up @ 3:30pm. Oops. He stayed after his shift was supposed to end to get me on a plan. (He even greeted me outside, and called me by name.) This man hooked me up with a brand new phone and also bundled internet. (I only went in for a phone, I had zero intention of bundling anything.) However, he didn't try to push ANYTHING on me. We figured out together what works best for me. We discussed what I was paying versus what I would be paying for the T-Mobile bundle. All in all, I am saving $30 a month for a smooth as silk phone and, so far the internet streams as good, if not better than Comcast/Xfinity ever did. (I got lucky where I live.) I have been PRE PAID since 2008, and it feels great to finally be on a solid plan with a company that I can trust. This is by far the best decision I've made in a long long time. The stars aligned that day. THANK YOU CHRIS SWIAT!!! and, THANK YOU T-MOBILE!!! Proud to be a customer. UPDATE: Here we are, almost 2 years later--and I accidentally killed my phone! (out of case, rolled over by dumb human in desk chair) It was a Saturday--I go in to T-Mobile--- Who is working? CHRIS SWIAT!! I was like, "Do you remember me?" he, said, "Yeah!" and we hit it off all over again! Once again, he saved the day! I was only 3 payments shy for an upgrade, and Chris was able to give me an early upgrade (his boss scolded him on the phone for it!) with not much extra cost to my monthly bill! He really shouldn't have--but did it anyways. (Oh, he tried this deal, that deal, and the third----and once he saw I meant business, he made it happen!) Read moreI called the store to see if they had a Samsung Flip in stock. They told me they did. I told them I was going to come t the store to look at it. I drove to the store and upon arriving there were 2 customers being helped by 2 associates. They did acknowledge me but then I stood there for 30 minutes. There was at least 1 other associate in the building that came from the back once or twice - who never even acknowledged me. 2 other customers came and left while I was there never being acknowledged at all. After waiting 30 minutes one of the associates looked at me and said "Do you have a quick question, we close in 30 minutes". I was taken aback because I had stood there for 30 minutes but asked if I could see the Flip? He informed me that I could not see it because they didn't have a demo???? What?? You expect me to buy a $1000 phone without seeing it? He let me walk out of the store. I left there and went to AT&T and I have to tell you - you NEED Niko! He was so pleasant and helpful! I am seriously considering switching just based on my service or lack there of! What a bunch of non caring individuals you have in that location! You lost a sale and quite possibly a long time customer! While I know it's very hard to find great help now a day (I work retail as well), it's not hard to treat your customers well! Read moreI went into to the sprint store over a week ago because they had posted on Facebook about this great new deal! I was sooooo excited! The deal was you get 5 free phones and 5 lines for $100 a month! No credit check! No contract! Great! Where do I sign up? I go in and they started to sign me up and said oops. The great deal doesn't start till the 18th. Ok, I can wait.... I give them all my info and the hold the phones for me. Great! So then I get a call about if you sign up for auto pay with your credit union account after about 6 weeks they will put $500 in your account. The call was to tell me that, that is only with a credit check. Ok no big deal. As long as I can still get this awesome deal! No problem I'll see you on the 18th. Well I walked into the store and they tell me that they have been trying to get ahold of me ( I had me phone on me all day and no missed calls) oh she must have lost your number... ok what's up? Now the phone are $96 a phone unless you want to do a credit check...ok so what changed? So the fb posting was total lie they are not going to honor it? Nope sorry.
