When we checked into the hotel we encountered Albert at the front desk. He was pleasant and friendly and checked us in, in record time. We appreciated that because we were so tired when we arrived at the hotel. We were also pleasantly surprised to see that this hotel is so well taken care of. From the rooms to the elevators to the common areas of the hotel everything is clean and nicely decorated. But one of the main reasons we ended up booking a room at this hotel was because of a conversation initially had with “Kinga” over the phone. She was friendly and extremely helpful with resolving a reservation I had made with the hotel. She was the consummate professional. She made such a great first impression that when we realized later that we would need a hotel we decided to stay at this one. And we are so happy we did. I met Kinga in person the next morning when I was washing a load of clothes and discovered the dryer was not working. When I went to the front desk to report it Kinga quickly sprung into action to quickly resolve the issue. She went above and beyond the call of duty. Not only did she return the money I had already put into the dryer she also offered to have our clothes dried in their hotel dryers and have them delivered to our room. Unheard of nowadays. And this is why I am taking the time in the busiest time of the year to provide this positive feedback on this amazing individual for providing this superior level of service. Clearly management is focused on providing an unforgettable and positive customer service experience. Read moreWe booked this hotel for an overnight stay and birthday party for our son. Susanne the coordinator did an awesome job in getting the paperwork and ideas for the General Meade room set up. Very friendly and courteous. The front desk representative Kendra did a great job with interacting with us and making us feel welcomed and comfortable from the start of our experience. The evening front desk representative Tim interacted and joked with the kids and made them feel at home. In the morning Nick our son enjoyed a personalized waffle and lots of personalized signs throughout the 1st floor announcing his party and that he turned 7 years old. We are definitely returning for our other 2 children's winter birthdays and feel we will be lifetime patrons of this hotel. Nick received gifts and cards from the staff and just had an overall great time in spite of the weather we had yesterday. Even though the weather kept a lot of people from coming to the party the staff was ready to jump in and take over as back up for singing and making it great. The kitchen staff was eager and helpful in keeping the cake and cupcakes safe and ready for the party. I just can't say enough about our overall experience at this hotel. Read moreLess than straight forward, will not even give booking dates and cancellation dates to a lawyer such as myself or a cop. Also has bed bugs and their customer service. Is very poor, and the food tastes nasty, as if its old, undercooked, spoiled, or just been dropped too many times. The housekeeping sucks since it is filthy and unkempt. Also, I used to be a cop, and their privacy policy is absolutely illegal and unjustified, in that they don't give out pertinent information when one of their potential guests is going to court and used the two other potential guests money to support himself then used his people's families money to support himself instead of using it for its intended purpose. Now one of the intended guests can't even get any information about things in this matter. Me and the other intended guests are also disabled, and hence I can't practice law and i also can't practice being a law enforcement officer though I still carry both valid and current certifications and licenses. So it is about time that I start getting some cooperation from people here, since I also am connected at local,state,and federal levels. I can and I will take this even to national levels. So I suggest that people start cooperating with this investigation, and quit being so closed mouth,as this will go to all levels until I own everything and all hotels in this...
