Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Streetsboro

Nice, new Jersey Mike's. The inside is new and clean looking. Hopefully it stays this way as it continues to age. Typical Jersey Mike's subs. I didn't have any issues ordering via the app and getting everything as I ordered it. The service was friendly, even though I didn't really interact with them too much since I ordered on the app. They still addressed me when I entered and told me my sub was still being made. I went at a not so busy time, so my sub was made in a decent amount of time. They had plenty of different chips and drinks available. The parking lot is a little small, but I don't think it gets too full. I don't like exiting out of the main drive to turn left, so I just go around the back of the building and you can exit to 14 with a traffic light. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the men's restroom didn't have soap or the soap dispenser was broken. Either way, I wasn't too sure how the male employees were washing their hands with no soap available. Now, most of the employees I saw that day were female, so hopefully their soap worked. And they wear gloves, but it still would've been reassuring to have soap available in the restroom. I thankfully didn't get sick, so I guess it all...

Bad experience previous I had multiple problems and left a message for the manager to contact me. No one never called so today I decided to give it another shot went into the store around 840 and the same girl that I had an issue with before makes my sandwich I ordered a regular sandwich number eight instead of ham, I got pepperoni she only put three pieces of turkey on my sandwich three half pieces of Provolone cheese and three pieces of pepperoni when I normally come there that is not the amount of meat they normally put on a regular, so I guess she calls herself retaliating because I complained about her I will not be returning to the store I literally live five minutes away from here and it’s sad. I have to drive to another city to get the same sandwich because someone wants to be spiteful all because you’re mad I come into the store at 8:55 and you close...

Placed an online order. Showed up five minutes after the due time. Walked in and approached a shelf labeled pick up orders. I assumed that’s where I would get my food as that’s how every other place in the world works. After fifteen minutes, neither of the four people working, including the franchise owner acknowledged that I was there. I finally asked for my order and mentioned that I stood here for fifteen minutes without anyone saying anything. Was greeted by an older lady with hostility who slammed my sandwich down and said we’re busy what do you want me to say. Idk. Hello welcome anything? Asked for a district managers number. Was rudely greeted by the franchise owner who runs his business by yelling and swearing at his customers.
