Very disappointing with the service !!! Especially being a loyal once a week or more customer. I visited the store back on December 4th 2019 at 5:29pm with my son. We needed a good quick efficient dinner after his football and lacrosse workouts. Usually they are on point and never complain. I let the last bad service slide especially paying 32.41... That’s weekly times 5 or 6 times with Highschool kids... So do the math 6 times 40.00 Ivan do the math buddy ...So long story short I decided to call and go in once my call wasn’t returned promptly... Thinking Brian was the man to ask for...I then called again to let them know service with Nora wasn’t up to par...Not being mean just want what I order ...Not very hard considering it’s expensive
One no special chicken sauce as requested... She never packs that !!! A very soggy dripping vanilla cone ... Can’t even hold it ...Which she still hands my son and says nothing walks off ... While licking the access vanilla cone off her hands ... Ya don’t think we didn’t see that ...The rest of the order had no cheese on the chicken sandwich and the sandwich was very dry...Salad was completely wrong ...My point is I had literally bad service !!! Figured I would give my feedback. Especially when it was completely horribly bad. Not trying to be rude nor was I ... Why I called and left a message... This is where I really have a problem... I get a call from a number that is not known to me .. Thinking they would leave a message if they are trying to get ahold of me or important to them...So thank the Lord I call the number back... Because the man who’s in charge of complaints and says he’s seriously on top of things when it comes to that... Did not leave a message which I also have evidence ... I think that’s odd especially when your in customer service ... You think that they teach that with a Company like Chick-Fil-A ...Leave a message that your retuning my call... Come on man ... My phone has you at a blank then hangs up ... No message wow Ivan ... So anyways I call back talk to Ivan go through hoops with this guy. I told him I am retired USMC Purple Heart Veteran which 8 of us have our meetings at ... Maybe give him a clue that we crossed paths with me being a good customer nor ever complained ever... Still doesn’t register states he gotta talk to Nora ... Mind you this is the girl who messed up twice ... Which also when I said I have an issue ... Can you give this message to Brian Wellman please...I know she didn’t because the complaints are with her service...Trust me Ivan if I knew you were the guy. I would of requested you face to face that day...Then you have the nerve to say you can’t do anything nor will because she lied and probably read her negative service remarks...Come on man ... I believe your customer service sucks. As I said I called the main hotline about your store and your demeanor approach on this matter...I will never host another US Veteran place to meet or have my family eat there ever again as long as your around... Your attitude and disrespect of go ahead call and laugh is noted ...I made that call never received a call from the operator too ... So I guess they only want the good complaints period and yes our money ... Verses a hey ladies and gentlemen ...Not so hot today as a professional courtesy...So if you have a complaint. Watch out !!! Expect a rude disrespectful Ivan and nothing as a happy medium...Well sorry for the rating... Hopefully you fix your leadership in the customer service...
Read moreI must admit, I wasn't on the Chick-fil-A bandwagon at first, but I have to say they have completely won me over!! Everytime I had been to this location, usually out of convenience vs. choice, the staff is extremely happy, cheerful and seem genuinely glad to serve you. The more I visited, the more I enjoyed being treated like a valued customer! This location ALWAYS looks crowded but they seem to be prepared and get you through the line without any long wait. I can also say that there has never been an item missing, or something incorrect in any of my orders. At one of my last visits I ate inside for the 1st time and was only more impressed. The line was long but moved extremely quick, and they took my customized order with a smile and got everything correct. To make sure food is fresh, without holding up the line, they bring your food to your table, very shortly after ordering. But what just pushed it over the top was an employee came over, cleaned our table off of any items we didn't need, offered to refill our beverages for us and got me a bag to take my leftovers home in! Maybe I'm just so use to other fast food chains treating me like my order is an annoyance, or see the employees unhappy expressions, but what a nice change. Also, I definitely notice a difference in the food quality and taste. I would rather drive out of my way now to eat somewhere that values me as a customer and from what I can tell, values their employees, then settle for another restaurant out of convenience. Read moreMy wife and I stopped in here at approximately 6:30pm on 10/10/23. We ordered three sandwiches, two fries and an order of Mac and cheese for our 10 month old daughter. When we get to the point to pay, we had the “server” repeat our order back to us to verify since they don’t have screens or receipts up to this point. Of course, our order was incorrect. We correct the “server” and reverified order. Server verified order to be correct at this point. When we receive our order, we were missing one sandwich. It took three different employees to come out to our vehicle over the course of 10 minutes, finally ending with the manager coming out. All three, including the manager looked at us like we were from another world and clearly couldn’t comprehend the issue. Even after offering to pay for their mistake, the manager tells us we would need to get back in line and make a new order….while our daughter is scream crying in the back seat(parents know this struggle). This was the absolute worst service I have received at any chick fil a anywhere and I would never EVER return to this location. To top it off, we get home and realize they just threw a huge block of cheese on top of cold noodles and called it Mac and cheese. And of course, the two sandwiches we did receive were incorrect.
