If I could give zero stars I would and it would be justified. My wife and I got sandwiches from this location and when we opened them up to eat she noticed green mold on the white bread. Both of us were in disbelief and said how the heck is this possible. We called the store to inform them and after speaking to a manager was asked for our address info and told they would send a gift card to make it right. The sandwiches were not made correctly but that was the least of our worries because we threw the sandwiches in the trash. After a week went by and nothing in the mail we called again. The team lead on duty said he spoke with a manager took our info and said they would make it right and send a gift card in the mail. After another few weeks passed nothing arrived in the mail. This time we reached out to customer sevice which was met with the same results as the store. I'm sorry but if you have no intentions of doing something or making things right don't lie. We could have called the health department over this. We had photos to show the mold. We gave it one last attempt to call the store and hear the same garbage and you guessed it nothing. I say all this to say I'm done with this location and firehouse subs. Disappointing to to say the least. If your thinking of going to this location look over your bread before you leave and address any issues...
Read moreThis location was wonderful staff customer-service wise... However, I came in on 6/10/25 at 18:40, and there was a little hand-written note on the door indicating they were out of Mayonnaise, Deli Mustard, White Bread, and about 4-5 other toppings. Sandwiches ended up pretty dry and lacking... as a food service manager myself I understand supply-chain difficulties and things beyond the employees control, but this seems more like a mis-management and ordering issue, as I know for a fact none of the aforementioned shortages are on the fault of the vendors. Ah well, the last time I visited the staff went above and beyond and the quality of the food was PHENOMENAL, so it almost makes up for this event, however it would absolutely be a let down for first-time or rare-repeat customers. I am hesitant to return as my experiences now range from phenomenal to "ripped off" feelings.
Edit: The HotOnes Garlic Hook n Ladder sub that I tried also didn't have the garlic HotOnes sauce marinated onions, nor the sesoned garlic chips. It had regular onions and no chips. So, it was pretty much just...
Read moreNot a pleasant place to eat. Order taker, i believe manager on duty, was making sandwiches when we walked in. She stopped to take our order, and kept her plastic gloves on. After paying handed us 2 cups for our self-serve beverages and went back to making sandwiches. A moment later I said, Excuse me the cup is wet and slippery, (from where she grabbed it with her food prep gloves on) She just looked up, walked over and handed me another cup using the same dirty gloves. This one was worse, and even had a small piece of meat on it. She did not say a word either, no 'sorry', no ' here you go', nothing. While waiting at the counter for our order, an employee entered from outside and went behind the counter. The cup lady went to him and started picking something out of his beard, right at the register. No gloves on this time. Lastly, the windows are terribly dirty and overdue for a cleaning. They are probably 80% transparent, 20% dirt on the outside. Scary part is this cup/beard lady appeared to be the senior...
